I pluued it in. The lights flash but I still do noy know what it does. It seems to me the router and the hub are now the same thibg but where is the improvement. Cpuld you xplan. The instructions don't.

Two phones for the price of one
Ordered 2 BT smart hub compatible phones for my elderly relative. The charging cable had come away from the plug/adaptor for her phone so was irreparably damaged. Checked around and new cable/adaptor £18 or new phone £35 whereas 2 unused phones from Green Box Shop £38 !
They came in 3 working days and were, as near as makes no difference, brand new in original packaging. I had both installed and connected, software downloaded and working in about 20 mins and she now has two top phones for the price of one. One in her lounge to replace the old one, and now one in her bedroom. She’s over the moon. Excellent !!

Excellent customer service and communication - they resent the package that had been mistakenly returned to them, and didn't charge me which was very kind. The product is of high quality, it's as good as new. The item came in the original box with all the necessary accessories and instructions. I got it up and running in a couple of minutes and it is working well. I would buy from this retailer again, great to support a company that's refurbishing products.

The phones that I purchased were indistinguishable from brand new but a fraction of the price. Quick delivery too.
