This is a shell company
This is a shell company. I.e a reseller whose job is basically to take your order and pass it to supplier.
Info on lead times on the site is wrong. If you have any questions about delivery you deal with supplier directly.
Ordered a greenhouse that was meant to be delivered in 1-6 weeks. Had no confirmation of delivery dates , so chased. Was told supplier will be in touch.
3 weeks later the supplier gets in touch gives me 1 slot which is 8 weeks away from when I ordered, and tells me if I don't accept that one slot the delivery will be delayed by another 3-4 weeks. None of this was stated at the time of order.
Do not get these cowboys. They will leave you unhappy.

I should have paid heed to the several one star reviews here when buying. But I thought maybe it won't happen to me.
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company from start to finish. I initially called and asked to speak with Ian. Ian was the salesman, who in his email had said "You won't regret it" on Thu 16th Feb 16:30 . After sales and installation I had a problem with one of the accessories not installed. So I tried calling the 0800 number. The person who answered, Matt was instantly rude and dismissive. When I started the phone call with a request to speak to the salesman I had previously engaged with by asking "Please may I speak to Ian". His snappy response was “No, you may NOT speak to him, he is on the other line.” Who speaks like this in customer services? The tone was unnecessarily aggressive and very unprofessional from the outset.
I ignored that tone and explained how their installer, Kate, pressured me into proceeding with the installation while I was abroad. I was assured that everything would be installed properly. However, when I returned home, I discovered that the Louvre Window Auto Opener had not been fitted, and the installation kit had simply been left amongst the discarded packaging and waste boxes. Since then, I have repeatedly tried contacting both Greenhouse Stores and the installation team, but nobody answers the phone or returns calls.
When I eventually spoke just a few minutes ago with Matt, the conversation was equally unpleasant. He was not listening, kept talking over me, wouldn't even entertain the idea, and got more and more aggressive every second. After saying I cannot speak to Ian, he also blatantly denied that my order (Order No. 162561) even included an auto louvre opener. He eventually said, he can see it. I mean the order is not long, why would you not read the order properly and put your customer in a confused and difficult position. It looked like these guys are literally only interested in sales and commission and have absolutely ZERO interest in reputation or customer satisfaction. It became extremely difficult to explain the issue because he constantly interrupted. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability or apology. Matt falsely claimed that their installers do not fit accessories, despite this clearly being part of the installation expectation. He then stated, “We are not going to send someone just to install that, as that is going to be charged extra by our installers, you can easily do these things yourself.” I explained that I could not install it myself and that I expected the company to rectify an incomplete installation. I also stated that, if necessary, I would escalate the matter through consumer protection channels or an ombudsman.
At that point, Matt became very hostile and confrontational. It is astonishing to be spoken to in such an oppressive and disrespectful manner after spending thousands of pounds with this company. A professional business should respond politely, explain the situation calmly, and attempt to resolve the issue constructively and be friendly at all times. The sheer superior complex in the tone and verbal expression of this gentleman has probably only come from a long period of arrogance and an inferior demeanour towards customers.
I was met with rudeness, shouting, and dismissive behaviour throughout. When I finally said I would not tolerate being spoken to so disrespectfully, Matt abruptly hung up the phone.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. The installation is incomplete, customer service was appalling, and their handling of complaints was utterly unacceptable.

But the vitavia greenhouse quality was shi# . I had a few greenhouses over the years ftom elsewhere but this was very flimsy , weak bad clip design and door .
Dreadull cheap quality item for top dollar cost . Thin flimsy aluminium frame

Excellent company to order from. The greenhouse is great quality. The fitter, Jeremy, was very polite, punctual and assembled the greenhouse in a professional manner. Would recommend both the company and Jeremy to everyone.
Disappointing Experience with Greenhouse Stores
Unfortunately, my experience with Greenhouse Stores was far from satisfactory. I paid over £1,100 upfront for a greenhouse and installation, only to face significant delays in arranging the installation. This upfront payment left me with little leverage when issues arose.
I was advised to order a plinth that turned out to be unnecessary, and Elite refused to accept its return because it had been opened. Additionally, the measurements on their website were inaccurate, which meant the greenhouse had to be adapted to fit against my wall using a wooden plinth.
When I raised these concerns with Greenhouse Stores, I found Ian to be arrogant and dismissive, taking no responsibility for their errors. Overall, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience.
Arrived promptly
Arrived promptly and finished the installation in just one day. No problems at all and saved me learning how to build a greenhouse!

Quick delivery. Great product. Big shout out to Jeremy who constructed the greenhouse for my parents. He was fantastic. My parents can’t speak highly enough about him.

It gets one star because it was delivered at 10 weeks which is how long it said it would take on the website and installed a couple of weeks later during the summer. I paid £350 for installation. That is where the good news ends. There is major water ingress. I emailed and was told to use some sealant. it seems to be unclear whether you are speaking with the manufacturer or seller. The sealant didn't work. I sent two emails in September which were not responded to. Think this was the manufacturer but sent one last week to a vitavia email and someone from Greenhouse Stores read it. Confused! Awful response taking no responsibility. In the end asked for video which i sent. The response was then to say they had sent it to vitavia. Not interested at all. I expect minor ingress but I am collecting water where is drips in trays and emptying it out daily when it rains. 1 litre this morning. The greenhouse comes with a 10 year warranty but the seller is not prepared to help. I ordered the greenhouse and installation from this company and wouldn't do so again
The fitter for this company is superb
The fitter for this company is superb. Very polite, very careful, Jeremy certainly knows everything needed to build your greenhouse. A true professional perfectionist.
The company sold a very good greenhouse at a competitive price. The delivery was reasonably quick but they failed to contact the fitter and thus I had to chase for the installation arrangement that I had paid for and I eventually met Jeremy after 9 weeks after my delivery.
My conclusion is a great fitter / installer, a shame the company didn't adhere to their published timescales.

I’m very happy that I chose the Greenhouse Store. Easy ordering process, arrived when promised and was expertly installed by Jeremy who worked all day in freezing weather. Great job.
