Greensquares Avis 

As a professional landscaper, I've used all of Greensquares products from the various decking brands through to the Garden Rooms. I've used other brands (client requested) but I keep coming back to Greensquares products as the quality is so good. The back office team and warehouse guys are great too, bending over backwards to help, I've been impressed from the very first order onwards.

I used sea salt grey for a job in November and it was so easy to use , it cut well and was fast to install. The team was easy to talk to and gave grate advice !

I have quite enjoyed using this decking from ordering to completion. Melissa was very helpful in deciding what materials were required for the job and delivery was prompt and well organised. Laying the boards was very straightforward and as long as the clips were correctly positioned, fixing was very easy.

The 'reversa decking' is brilliant! So much better than the previous timber decking. I did treat myself to a couple of new saw blades prior to starting the work and found this to be a worthwhile investment.
The only issue I had was some of the screws in the decking clips could have been stronger.
We've used the decking throughout the summer and autumn and everyone has commented on how good it looks.
I've recommended the material to everyone and although the initial outlay is more than timber the non slip surface makes the decking a more usable addition to the garden for the whole year.
We are delighted with the outcome and quality of the product.

I found the Deck Plus staff to be very helpful and quick in their communication. I purchased the Weatherdek grey and the quality of the decking is excellent. Make sure though that you have strong people on site to help unload as the delivery driver came alone and the decking is very heavy and only a kerb side delivery.
Overall we very pleased.

We had about 40m2 of composite decking installed. It looks brilliant. I jet wash it once a year and it looks brand new. It’s nice to walk on bare foot. Fraser from their sales team came out and helped me choose the best colour and he was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Would recommend prima porcelain 100% I deal with luke Watling and his customer service is second to none! The material is great quality and a great price and the trade discount helps also! Wouldn't use anyone else

Very happy with our decking, high quality and great colour. Luke and his colleagues at DeckPlus were also very helpful as we weighed up options and, as we installed ourselves, they were very happy to offer advice and support.

This decking looks great, the colour is spot on and it is non-slip, it is a bit pricey with all the add-ons but I believe you get what you pay for. Greensquares were very helpful whenever I had a query, they were happy for it to be delivered when I was ready and delivery was on schedule. On the whole very happy with our purchase!

Greensquares are our go to guys for composite decking materials and accessories, we have installed multiple decks using their products from Deck Plus to Timbertech, thoroughly recommended!!

Recommend this composite decking. Great customer service, garden has been transformed. The product is pricy with all the add-ons but I suspect it will out perform many of its cheaper rivals, that look and feel less premium.

Just the decking we had been looking for. Excellent quality and the 25 year guarantee means that we can just enjoy sitting out in the garden next summer without worrying about regular maintenance etc. The additional screws that are coloured to match mean that the end effect looks seamless whilst it is all still secure. Delivery was punctual and I was kept well notified of delivery time expectations.

Excellent product. Better than anything from the local DIY stores. Easy to install.

We purchased the Slate Grey/Silver Grey Reversadek decking boards on 20th April 2021 to cover two sections of our garden, totalling about 30m^2.

We had major issues with the delivery of our order. Originally, we were told that the boards were out of stock (which was not disclosed before we placed the order) and that they should be back in stock mid-May. We had to chase for an order confirmation and any update on the progress of our order. In mid-May, we called DeckPlus to find out if the stock was in. At this point the response from DeckPlus started to become that the our order will be in on Friday, this happened several times and we would then call on Friday to be told Monday. At this point we were worried we were being scammed. When we expressed our concerns via phone call the customer service rep laughed at us.

When we were then told that our order was in stock we were given a two day delivery period. We took annual leave for the delivery date but the dates went by without any confirmation or update on the delivery. The delivery never arrived. This happened on another occasion but this time we were told that the delivery driver abandoned the van in Merthyr Tydfil. Both of these missed deliveries resulted in family events needing to be cancelled.

Eventually, our order was delivered on 21st June. The quality of the product is exactly what we wanted and everything was included in the order.

Overall, the product is amazing but we had a terrible experience with the delivery of the product and the lack of communication from DeckPlus after our order was confirmed.

Great company who dealt with my order for composite decking in a timely and professional manner and provided good communication from order to delivery. Even sent replacements boards for some that were damaged in transit very quickly. I have transformed my old tired wood deck to now a chic outdoor space.
