Fantastic decking company, always get a great service from Ben! Never had any issues and that’s a rarity these days! Everyone else feels they can just blame COVID! Will keep using these guys and recommend them to anyone!

Extremely impressed with DeckPlus. They were perfect from start to finish. I sent the office a sketch of my design and they worked out all the materials needed. I chose the ReversaDek product which arrived a few days after I placed my order. It looks absolutely fabulous! The chap who installed the 6M x 2M decking platform was equally impressed with the quality of the product. I wouldn't even think about going elsewhere and I know some of my friends will also be buying from DeckPlus.

Bought charcoal grey composite boards for rear decking. Prompt delivery and stock was in good condition. The boards are very straight, flat and easy to cut. B&Q decking contains abrasive fillers which ruin your cutting blades. Really pleased with the results. Deck looks sharp and contemporary and should be easy to clean. Warms up nicely in the sun as well.

What a great company to deal with, I can’t recommend them highly enough. The salesman I dealt with was really friendly and helped me work out exactly what I needed to order, and after fitting I was left with very little waste. There was a slight delivery delay but I was advised of this at the time of order. The product itself is high quality and should definitely last way past the guaranteed 25 years. I will definitely use this company for any future decking projects.

Recently bought composite decking - great product and very helpful service. Being able to visit the showroom and view the boards in situ was a bonus for me! The staff were very helpful and knowledgable, and the finished product looks really good!!
. I had a slight issue with some of the fixing screws stripping but this was very minor.
The boards can get hot in very warm direct sunlight but I think that is true of all composite decking. It wouldn't deter me from installing it.
Overall, a very good company to deal with!

Product was good but I was charged for items not needed or supplied. Not able to get a refund, just ignored.

Fantastic service very knowledgeable, efficient and prompt! In these times so many materials are difficult to get hold of but in this case life was made very easy :-)

From the start, Ruslan from the sales team was excellent. He was polite, professional and engaging. All my queries were answered in a timely fashion which led to me placing an order. The boards and accessories are by no means cheap , but having taken delivery yesterday I can now fully appreciate the quality and am glad I did not go for a cheaper option.

I was new to the world of composite decking and wasn't sure how to proceed and where to begin.
From the first point of a contact, Greensquares helped not only choose the right product for me but assisted with efficient communication, multiple samples and excellent customer service. To be fair, delivery was delayed for 2 days as I've been advised 5 working days and it arrived in 7 which I still found extremely good as I've been quoted 4-5 weeks from other companies. Overall, very pleased with the product it looks amazing and their exceptional services. Definitely recommend!

We love our new deck. From start to finish DeckPlus were great. Fraser provided feedback on our questions in a fast and timely manner and helped us to estimate how much decking would be required. He also kept us up to date with the delivery of our decking, which we were able to get earlier than expected. The decking itself is fantastic quality and extremely easy to install. I would highly recommend DeckPlus and their products.

Great product let down by very poor workmanship and appalling customer service.

Spent £2500 on decking with green squares, placed order online and heard nothing. Phoned and they said courier haulage would be in touch, didn’t hear a thing !
Phoned again and they booked delivery, said need two people to unload so I arranged this and took day off work however it didn’t show up! They rebooked delivery a second time and again it hasn’t shown up with more time off work. My project is now delayed and I’m waiting on a refund. Customer service is poor and full of excuses. Avoid this company

We ordered weatherdek grey composite decking and we are very pleased with the result! High quality decking.

Don’t be tricked into paying the £200 survey fee as we were. They provide you with a quote which gives a breakdown of all the elements included then when they’ve had the £200 survey fee they increase the price by £1200 and take out substantial elements that were previously included in the quote and pass off their inclusion as ‘an error’. When we asked for our money back surprise surprise no communication!!! Easy way to make £200 for an hour’s survey. Avoid at all costs - a complete con!!!
