Please don’t waste your money

I’m only giving 1 star as I can’t give zero, I booked this company for 2.5 weeks at beginning of April, they were supposed to collect our car from the airport at 4am for our flight, I rang the day before to confirm, I then rang on the morning, no answer I called so many times but nothing. They eventually answered at 5:30 am but by that time I had booked somewhere else. When they answered the attitude was crazy, they said they would refund and then hung up. I had to ring 4 more times and today 24th April I have only just received my refund. Would never recommend. Trying to find another company at 4am was not what I needed.

WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER! LATE LOST KEYS. DO NOT USE!!

Arrival and drop off were fine but my return experience was dreadful!
I phoned to let them know I had arrived and was told they would be about 15 minutes. I was fine with this. In reality I waited for over an hour having to call a number of times. The driver who collected me told me tried to phone me but was getting through to their own answer message! I was not happy.
There were about 20 people wating to be taken to their flights. It seemed to be utterly chaotic with people getting angry and leaving.
Then he couldn't find my keys. I offered to help but he wouldnt let me. He had to leave to drop the other customers so I was left to wait for the business owner to arrive who would help me.
He arrived after about 20 minutes. I found the keys in the shed myself in the first box I looked in!
The owner apologised saying they had a couple of people off sick. He said he would process a full refund for me. This has not arrived and I have emailed to chase it with no response.
I will never use this company again and I would recommend everyone to stay clear!

AVOID!!!!! Rude workers, LONG waits

Been using this car park for 5 years now and slowly it has declined in service!
Today however, horrendous!
Called them when our bags arrived and was told to wait at T3. Waited 35 minutes and called again, was spoken to really rudely and told it was at T2 and wouldn’t be much longer. Another 20 minutes passed and still no sign. Called again after waiting over an hour with young children and after a 10 hour flight to be shouted at and to stop calling.
After 1 hr 10 minutes the shuttle finally arrived with no enough seats to fit us all in. They had no regard for safety and piled everyone in!
AVOID THIS CARPARK

WHY ISN'T ZERO STARS ALLOWED!!!
I am not a serial complainer in-fact i hardly write reviews.
BUT i felt very strongly to write one about this experience.
Drop off procedure was ok! Had to wait about 30 minutes before we were taken to the airport. We were not made aware of the additional drop off charges which we had to pay for both ways upon drop off £14 ,annoying but not the end of the world.
PICK UP WAS A JOKE!!!
Our flight was delayed by 24 hours, as soon as we knew we would be arriving late we tried to make contact with Gregg Maurice. Being in Asia we didn't like to make a normal phone call so we tried wifi calling on whats app. Despite them having a business account on whats app no one answered the several attempts we made. We tried messaging as well. We opened a ticket with compare parking and were told just to use the number given by Gregg Maurice upon booking. We emailed and NOTHING!!!
When we arrived at Heathrow and were through customs we called Gregg Maurice to be told "oh you missed us by 5 minutes" and were told they would be with us in 20 minutes!! 40 minutes went by and i called again to be told he was having something to eat and he would be with us soon! I tried to explain we had been travelling for over 24 hours and called, messaged and sent emails but this was met with "oh we don't use email" and over talking me and "ill be there soon Ma'mn"! Soon turned into almost 2 hours! When they arrived we soon realised that the reason we had to wait so long was because they had tied picking us up with a pick up at terminal 5!! so basically didn't want to make 2 trips and would much prefer a bad review instead it seems! Also when driving the driver had his phone up to his ear on phone calls, he was checking messages (very unsafe and not a great thing for my son to see who is 17 and learning to drive, i don't want him to think this is ok)
When we arrived at our car, all seemed ok with it which was a relief and we were told not to worry about the £20 for the extra days charge. Maybe this was to sweeten us up but i felt so strongly about how we had been treated this wasn't enough for me not to highlight this to other potential users. MY ADVICE IS TO save up the extra money and use the parking at the actual airport or a better provider. I'm sure Gregg Maurice is being managed by just a couple of people. The guy who we spoke to on the phone said his colleague would be with us in 10 minutes and i believe he was this colleague!! The voice sounded to same and the abrupt nature, when in the minibus he had a call and he was abrupt with this person as well and i even heard him say "i'm not being rude sir" so many others feel the same as well.
P.S what respectable company does not use email!!!

Really poor service, poor parking facilities and a rip off!

On arrival at the parking lot which was nothing more than the grounds of a derelict house we were greeted by a gent who asked us to wait… which we did, for nearly an hour!!! He took one part in a small van, returned telling us he was taking us next, then changed his mind and took another party going to a different terminal saying someone else would take us, which they did… after another 15 minute wait! There were no facilities so I was forced to go to toilet ducked behind some cars! Further to this we were wrongly charged a further £15 for a fee that according to their terms and conditions was for the meet and greet service at the airport! On return we encountered the same issue with waiting, again nearly an hour, when the car park was a ten minute drive away! Another family had been waiting over an hour, with 2 very young children! Back at the car park itself, my car was basically parked in a patch of stinging nettles! The only positive was the gent who took us back was very friendly, unlike the one who took us to the airport.

Repeatedly called for their insurance details to make a claim and I’ve now been blocked. I will catch up with them again. I will not let this lie. Others be warned. These are proper cowboys.

The director Mohammad Alid Mughal claimed he knew nothing of the damage, gave a fake name and refused to give any insurance details.
Please think twice before using this scam artist

My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been extremely poor and completely unacceptable.

I made a booking with them from 17/12 to 11/01/2026. A few days after returning home, I was shocked to receive a penalty charge in London (ULEZ/zone) dated on the 10th — before I had even arrived in London and before I had collected the vehicle.

This clearly proves that the car was still in the company’s possession at the time the penalty was issued. Despite this, I am being wrongly held responsible for a £90 fine.

I have attempted to contact them multiple times via phone and email. Each time, I receive the same response: “we will look into it,” with no action taken and no resolution provided. Meanwhile, the issuing authority continues to chase me for payment, causing unnecessary stress over a situation that is entirely the company’s fault.

I hold the company fully responsible for this penalty and demand that it is settled immediately without any further delay. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the complaint formally and take further legal action.

This level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I received a penalty charge in London (ULEZ/zone) dated on the 10th, while the car was still in their possession and parked with them. I only collected the vehicle on the 11th, yet I am being held responsible for a £90 fine.

This is clearly not my fault, as the car was not with me at the time the penalty was issued. Despite explaining this, the issue has still not been resolved.

I expect the company to take full responsibility and settle this fine immediately. This situation is unfair and unacceptable.

Horrific and unprofessional experience. Do not book !!

Horrific experience.
Do not recommend.
Do not book with these guys.
Booked parking the night before for a 1700 drop off.
Called the number 30 minutes before I arrived, the guy picked up and said ok, let me check with someone and call you back. Didnt hear back.
Called when I arrived. No one answered. Call about 10 times, one of the times the guy picked up again, clearly in a noisy pub somewhere judging background noise, and then immediately hung up.
Called the Heathrow number on the website. Thankfully, someone picked up and said they'd sort it out and call me back. Gave it about 4 minutes before calling the Gatwick line again. The guy finally picked up and explained that there was some kind of mix up. He was at Heathrow, and the driver at Gatwick had to go home due to some kind of emergency and that they would issue me a refund.
Completely screwed me around.
About 8 minutes after this call, the gatwick driver called and asked if I still needed the park and ride. But it was too late and I had already found a solution.
Totally unprofessional and miserable experience. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
I'm just thankful that I was 3 hours early before my flight.

You must be desperate to use Greg Maurice

You must be mad or desperate to use this organisation.
I waited for one hour to be picked up from Terminal 4; that's one hour from calling after receiving my bags (1414hrs), as per your instructions, to being eventually picked up to be transfer to my car (1516 hrs). The one and only driver that day stated that he had left your yard after I called a second time, I later found out that was not to pick me up, but to get other customers from Terminal 5 and return them to their car. The driver blamed the traffic, but I can only assume he has done the journey many times and could plan for this eventuality. Furthermore, there were 3 groups on the trip back, clearly the driver had waited so as to multiply the pick up and drop of charge making a tidy profit.

I had travelled for 15 hours and was exhausted, this was the last thing I needed. I understand they wish to maximise profit, but surely not at the expense of customer service.

Great service from Gregg Maurice Parking

I was almost put off this company by the stupid reviews.
Fortunately I went ahead and used them. The booking in process was simple and friendly, and the transfer to Heathrow was quick on the outward flight. The driver actually phoned me in the baggage hall on our return and was waiting outside the terminal. This was the best service that I have ever had at Heathrow and would highly recommend this company.

Do Not use, terrible service

when we wanted picking up we were told to go from terminal 3 to terminal 5!!! with 8 suitcases that was impossible , had to get a cab back to pick up the car, unreliable, no one in the office at the car park which did not seem secure at all, the gates were covered in vegetation so didn't look as if they closed at all,the property next door is derelict.

Check The Real Price as Ride to Heathrow is extra £15!

My experience with them was fine but beware for the price you pay as it is only for PARK. I used a park and ride comparison website and paid £55 for a my 5 day stay. I thought this was okay. Then when I was about to get into the van going to Heathrow I was suddenly asked to pay another £15. I asked what for and the driver explained its for the ride to and from the airport. He said how can you expect us to be so cheap!!! I was amazed. I asked if there was a bus stop around and he looked at me blankly. My personal recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or if you do check the real price. Good luck.

I wouldn’t park here for free


The reason I suggested 1 star is because I did not have the option to give them zero stars. My car sustained quite an impact right above the trunk, I did not see the impact because it was dark and they had no lighting around the car park that looked more like an abandoned gravel dump yard. After sending them several emails detailing exactly how I found the state of the vehicle the next morning I had no reply. I called to follow up on the emails and not only did they kindly hang up on me, they blocked my number. So I called them from my wife’s phone and to my surprise they did the same exact thing. The cost of damages to my vehicle were estimated to run north of £1,800, all because I wanted to save an extra 30 quid. I should have read the reviews about their shoddy shuttle service, phantom miles that have accumulated on customer’s odometers and damages to vehicle body work. But I didn’t. Choosing to work with these cowboys will most likely have you end up wishing you walked to Heathrow airport.

Absolutely horrible horrible people. Damaged my car and took zero responsibility, were VERY abusive towards me and my girlfriend. We felt very threatened by these people, they deny any fault and wrong doing. Please do not use these vile people.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS! I followed all instructions, had to wait over an hour in the short stay car park and paid the extortionate amount for the privilege and nearly missed my flight. Returning two days later they said they didn’t have my booking when I called after a half hour wait to find out where my car was and I had to wait over an hour in total. Disgraceful. Do not book!

Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Firstly, the price you pay when making the booking does not include a £15 charge “for drop off” that they just add on to your booking confirmation and try to charge you at the airport. It makes no sense as the drop off fee at Heathrow is £6 per car, so why should multiple people being transferred by Gregg Maurice in the same minibus have to pay £15 per booking?! Absolute scam.

Secondly, the advice on the booking is to make gregg Maurice aware when you are 20 minutes away from their car park, which we did. When we arrived at the car park there is no reception area or anyone to greet you so we called them again and were told they would be back in 15 minutes because they were doing another pick up. 15 minutes later I called the guy again and he said he would be there within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he finally turned up, proceeded to take another 5 minutes unloading those he’d just picked up and then told us that he wouldn’t be able to drop us at the terminal we needed to go because the traffic was bad. Instead he would drop us at terminal 5 and we would have to get a train to our terminal. By this point we were in real danger of missing our flight and my wife and I were both very stressed. It absolutely ruined the start of our holiday.
