If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I purchased a 2 day class for June. The June class got rescheduled to August 3rd-4th. That days comes, I’m in Charlotte at the address they gave us to meet and it’s an apartment complex!!!! I tried calling every number I could find, I emailed, I even contacted them on Instagram where I first seen their content. The person running the Instagram page seen my messages and didn’t respond! I had to continuously send messages to their instagram account and try to video call before the person said anything! They sent a message saying I contacted a team member they’ll speak with you shortly. I received an email saying that they’re sorry and the class was canceled but somehow they forgot to email me about it! They offered a refund or access to their 5 day class with no extra charge. I said I wanted my refund. They sent out a jotform I filled it out same day. They said the refund process take 1-2 weeks well it’s been well past that!! One person called me and said they’d be working on my refund by Tuesday 3 weeks ago and they have still not sent me my money! I’ve called, left messages, emailed and tried to contact them on Instagram and still haven’t been contacted! I highly pissed. They’re definitely scamming so stay away, save your money and go somewhere else!

I want the access to the flip book and material list back, i don't know what happened, but now I can no longer access it, as I'm trying to start the process of grill making, and purchased both, now inaccessible.

UPDATE: After contacting customer support and them working diligently to find my order receipt, I've been able to re access the flipbook, I appreciate the effort they put behind making sure I was indeed a satisfied customer. After THIS experience... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This course is very thorough. If you are new to jewelry making you will leave with comprehensive knowledge of the process. Even if you have had experience in Grillz I guarantee you will learn something new. It’s everything you need to get started in the jewelry business.

I been wanting to make jewelries for the longest. I been emailing different jewelers and Grillz University was the only school that contacted me back. In Person class is the best. Hand on of course, and helped me when I get stuck.

Most definitely will learn how to properly make grillz the teacher just pure awesome always got time for any questions so go ahead and book the class well worth it

Absolute Scam.

The in-person course was an absolute scam. classes were scheduled for 8am-5pm. over the 5 day "master" course we did not start any day before 10am and were out of class by 2pm. The information taught to us was the same information you could find on Youtube. The biggest selling point for me to take the course was the included equipment. However, that equipment was never sent out to me or any of the students in our class (it's now 6 months later). Our emails are ignored and when we do get a response they are filled with excuses as to why they have yet to send our equipment. Terrel and the entire GU team are frauds. if you are smart you will stay clear and save your money. if you want to learn how to make grillz there are several actual jewelry schools that teach grillz and everything else you need to know about jewelry.

Great online training, but the in person class is so much better. To see the live action always helps me learn better.
Only wish we had a class in new york..
My shop would be perfect for future training classes.
Over all class and teacher was on point .. I recommend this class to future jewlers

Went to a class. Got a certification. Once class was over nobody responds to emails or anything. I still don’t know how to login. Is there anyway to login to access membership? His website can’t be accessed without it redirecting to some other page ! Can someone please help!

This is the best investment that I’ve done in a long time! I can honestly say that Grillz University taught me enough to successfully run a jewelry Business. Excellent class, relaxed yet focused. Would recommend to anyone wanting to up their jeweler game or if you’re tackling a whole new career all together.

Terrell Really takes his time to make sure you really understand the craft. I found that he and his assistant Dollaz with the Gold, are as passionate about teaching the craft as they’re about making jewelry. I am admittedly a YouTube warrior but the skills that are taught here at Grillz University can only be found here. From the craft to the business side of it, Terrell and Dollaz don’t miss a beat. And im definitely coming for the Back for the jewelry course!!!

Great experience. I enjoyed learning the hands on technique behind making grillz. Tyrell was very helpful and transparent. He coached me through the process instead of doing it for me which I appreciate. Overall, I feel prepared to jump start my jeweler career and see where this new knowledge takes me.

I've been in the grill business for 9 years. I went to dental school & became a dental assistant all because I wanted to know everything about teeth in order to service my customers right, but in dental school they don't teach you anything about grillz so I've always had a distributor however I've always wanted to be the one doing everything from start to finish. I had been following Grillz University for a couple years and decided to invest in this course and it has by far been the best investment I have made! I'm hoping to be able to take advantage of the 1:1 course soon in the near future to hone in on my skills. Thank you Grillz University for this great opportunity!
