We bought a bed
We bought a bed, but the mattress recommended to buy, was too deep for the bed, and exceeded the bed's own guidelines. We could only see this after it had been opened, and taken out of the vaccum pack

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns once the mattress packaging has been removed.

Excellent company
Excellent company to deal with, very helpful, and do keep you informed of any delays, etc, The delivery team was on time and they removed the old mattress for recycling.

Grove Bedding No:1.
The Company have always been the First place to go for anything related to beds and mattresses etc, in my opinion. My partner and I have never had anything negative to say. I would choose Grove Bedding every time.

Good mattress but poor delivery
The mattress we ordered is fine. However the huge king size mattress was delivered by a single driver to the front door, not upstairs to the bedroom. How can two 80 year olds get a huge mattress upstairs?? Fortunately we had two friends who helped, but it was quite a struggle!! It should be made much clearer that deliveries in the south of England would not be upstairs!

Superb service!
Ordered a mattress and received a phone call on late Sunday afternoon to arrange delivery. Was not going to be be around so they arranged delivery for the following day. Just polite and courteous throughout and put the customer first.
