The sales staff was excellent and…
The sales staff was excellent and informative. The delivery guys were very efficient. Sadly the whole experience was spoilt by the website, the lack of being kept informed by the admin staff and non returning of phone calls.

Quality of bed was good and sales…
Quality of bed was good and sales person helpful.
We got the bed as promised, however the headboard didn’t arrive and the delivery guys were about to leave without letting me know.
I called and was told it was delayed, I’d waited two weeks for bed and had had no communication to say this was the case.
Was told it would arrive a week later, it didn’t so I called again, still hadn’t had any communication from them.
Was now arriving in another three days.
Obviously annoyed I asked for a call back from a manager, still waiting.
They didn’t communicate at all even to let me know it would be late.
Terrible company for communication and call back, not even an apology from them after spending £1500, would’ve recommended them at all after this ordeal.

Good customer service
Good customer service. Issue with delivery date speedily and effeciently dealt with and to my benefit. Delivery of new mattress was also dealt with speedily and courteously by the delivery agents. All round excellent!

Good service
Purchased Protect-a-Bed fitted sheets/mattress covers, an excellent product. Purchasing through Grove Bedding was easy and although delivery isn’t the fastest was perfectly acceptable.

DISAPPOINTING GROVE BEDDING
Despite ordering and paying in full for this bed, due to issues within Grove Bedding, I had to wait for 3 weeeks for delivery. The young female on the end of the phone was not particularly helpful, as I did not answer my mobile to her, as I was working, she left a message saying that she could have delivered my bed earlier, but because I did not answer my phone, this opportunity had now been withdrawn and I would have to wait longer. I did inform her that my old bed had been taken away and that I was sleeping on the floor, but she was not interested and actually laughed at my comment. No understanding and Poor Customer Service. I could have had my bed delivered within 3 days if I had shopped around, instead of going straight to Grove Bedding. It is not a good idea to shop online, as when my bed arrived, it was much darker in colour than that advertised on line. Again, disappointed. The delivery men left some black marks on my white furniture when they moved it.

Late delivery but great customer service
The was a massive delay in my order delivery well past the date due.
Having said that the customer service was great. I was regularly kept informed as the delay was due to shipping problems.

Ottoman bed delivery and assembly
Arrived at the time arranged. Delivered and built the bed. Removed all packaging. Both staff very polite and pleasant. We know this bed will be good quality as we already have two the same, also from Grove.
