Excellent knowledge, courteous staff and above all patience while my picky 10-year-old took time to decide. Prices are great too. This is the second mattress I’ve bought here and won’t go back to other retailers.

Having previously bought two mattresses…
Having previously bought two mattresses last year and gentleman in shop was very helpful when my son needed a new mattress our first port of call was yourselves which we did online The girls at the office were very friendly and efficient and order was sent very quickly and old mattress taken away Great service

Amazing service......
Bernadette greeted us the moment we entered the warehouse and we were amazed to see such a choice of mattresses. She recommended a few to start with until David was free to assist us, and from thereon we received his undivided attention until we made a decision.....some hour and a half later! So rare to receive such personal service. Thank you so much. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Grove Bedding Newbridge.

Excellent Shopping Experience.
This is arguably one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. Visited Groves at their Newbridge site looking for a new mattress. I was greeted by Fraser who introduced himself and asked how he could help. I informed him that I was looking for a new mattress for a double bed. Fraser asked what type of mattress I required based on the construction, firmness and the position I normally slept. He then showed me all the mattresses which met my requirements and encouraged me to lie on each of them to find out which suited me the best. In the end I selected a Loren Williams Harriet Superior. I then asked him how long it would take to be delivered. He checked that they had the mattress in stock and arranged same day delivery since I lived locally. My new mattress was delivered at the arranged time as promised and was unpacked and fitted on my bed frame and the old mattress taken away for disposal. I’d like to thank Fraser and the delivery driver for their professionalism and friendliness from start to finish and would recommend that anyone in the market for either a new bed or a mattress consider visiting Groves as their first stop.

Great service at Grove Bedding Newbridge
I went to Grove Bedding in Newbridge where I was greeted by Davie and he helped me pick a new mattress within 30 minutes. He took me through all the options available and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. Davie was great and his customer service was top.
Alec also went out of his way to deliver this mattress to me no longer than an hour after I left the shop. Such a great service.
