Customer service poor

I ordered on the 15th of February and received my pillows on the 21st of May. I only received any updates (false promises) if I made contact. Customer service abysmal.

Poor quality bed frame

Bougt the bed 1and a half year ago. Now a part is broken. When called- some staff say I have guarantee covered some say I don't have.I asked them to send the broken part and I will pay they said they have to contact manufacturer... It is more than 2 months now, calld so many times... keep on hold for minutes and disconnects....Very unreliable seller. I don't recommend.

Saved by Sophie!

Bed developed problems 14 months after purchase. However, after several initial communication problems regarding the repair, the issue was resolved. This was largely due to Sophie who provided excellent and courteous service.

Good customer service after I reported a dirty mattress

Update: Same day when I posted the review, Alex just phoned me and said the manufacturer company is happy to replace it for me. And Benedict from Grove head office called the next day reassuring me that the mattress will be replaced in a few days, and it is a manufacturing problem. She has been very helpful and said that they are family company so they care how their customers feel. Based on this speedy and reliable turnaround, I’ve changed my rating to five stars! I am keeping the photos just want to alert other customers to (1) check the label of the mattress when it is delivered to see whether it is the one you want; (2) and check both sides of the mattress to see whether it is white as clean.

The sales person Alex was terrific helping me to find the mattress. But I had issues after ordering the mattress. First of all, the mattress was late for a week; then when they delivered, it was the wrong mattress. If I didn’t check, they wouldn’t have known! The next day, they did bring the right mattress, but the mattress has multiple patches of scratches (like dust). It was SO obvious and looks dirty, but the delivery men said it is normal (?!) and it is a ‘new’ mattress! Alex helped me raising it with the company, but I am still waiting for them getting back to me for three days now. I was really excited getting this mattress, but quite disappointed with experience with them.

Poor customer service

The item was faulty, it took weeks and weeks for the company to agree to replace it. Then the replacement never ended up arriving despite assurances. Communication was awful, I had to ring up constantly. Finally I asked for a refund which I was told last week would take a day or two and its nearly a week and I still don't have that. I don't normally leave bad reviews but customer service has been truly terrible.

Great service, great mattress…

I had seen recommendations for the Newbridge store, Grove Bedding. On arrival David helped us, he was brilliant, no high pressure sales, just informative and knowledgeable conversation urging us to try the mattresses at our leisure to find the right one for us. The service, price, and (free) delivery of the mattress a few days later were all exceptional. We are now enjoying a really comfortable, reasonably priced great quality mattress. Thank you!

Superb Customer Service

Fabulous service from purchase to…

Fabulous service from purchase to delivery. When our purchase was not suitable for my elderly dad, Bernadette and David pulled out all the stops to help rectify the situation, they are so caring, kind and compassionate and above all, very professional. The guys who delivered our mattress (Brian and Fraser) were friendly, prompt and mindful, nothing was too much bother. Our family would not shop anywhere else!

Great service choice and support in choosing.

David Blount and Bernadette were welcoming, efficient and let us try nine different beds. After chat, coffee, planning delivery and the disposal options for the old mattress, we left two hours later, feeling happy, supported and having been given excellent service. The mattress arrived bang on time, and the porters were helpful obliging and kindly. All in all a worthwhile venture for our new mattress.

Totally happy!

Just taken delivery of a new bed and mattress; totally over the moon; best nights sleep in a looong time. Service was great throughout, especially the time we were given to try many different options... much appreciated and it paid off big time. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Ordered my mattress in store with the…

Ordered my mattress in store with the help of David and Bernadette at Newbridge Grove. Customer service was great from the start. Unfortunately our bed frame company let us down time and time again but thankfully Grove were able to step up and be helpful and supportive with the changes. Could not thank David enough for helping us and going above and beyond to get us sorted as soon as possible.

Will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to everyone!

Aunt needed a new divan

I took my aunt to get a new divan bed base, not expecting much. But from the second we walked in we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. Absolutely no effort was spared in getting the right height divan for her as she was struggling getting in and out of bed. We decided on a custom made one in the end for a very reasonable price. Then we were presented with a range of fabrics and styles of headboard. My aunt is over the moon with her new bed. Cannot fault the service or bed quality. Genuinely impressive.
