Ordered online, delivered and unloaded on time and left in the right place. Quality good. What's not to like?

Very efficient

delivery was very prompt but driver did not come to the house. He left it late next day at a drop off shop.
I was not in a rush for the item but it required a car trip to get it which may not have been suitable for some people

Everything delivered perfectly as ordered and the delivery guys were helpful and cheerful

I ordered on Monday items delivered Wednesday. Easy fast and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Groves Nurseries again.

Great friendly service. Phoned to dsy before to say that they wouldn't be delivering my Jellycat Rat due to snow. But delivered it the following day.

Plants arrived were of good size and well established and healthy. Good to see straw and paper packaging.

I had to call about my delivery because it didn't appear it would turn up on the day specified, 21st Oct, which is what my order showed. I was told that someone had put it down for delivery on the 25th - no idea why, and I wasn't notified. However, Groves came up trumps and organised delivery immediately, so thank you very much. Much appreciated.

First time I have used Groves but will most certainly use them again.

The well packaged plants arrived promptly, in excellent condition and with helpful care instructions.

Communication was excellent. Delivered large healthy plants within a few days of placing the order. Highly delighted with my purchase

First up we visited the Bridport Branch restaurant which had dirty tables, which in the end we cleaned ourselves & the staff didn’t care.
Only one pay point open to order food at, causing massive queues.
Lady taking orders was abrupt & rude.
Food quality is below par for the prices, could get better quality in a supermarket restaurant.
Cutlery was dirty, staff seemed uninterested in the customers.

My family also visited the Bridport shop branch on Weds 25 Sept around 1pm & I am very concerned about their understanding of health & safety!
They had a member of staff using an angle grinder throwing sparks everywhere in an open area right next to customers!! The guy using the angle grinder didn’t even wear safety glasses, the sparks were flying everywhere towards customers!!
Plus the noise was deafening within the shop, the staff looked highly amused by the discomfort that the noise was causing to the customers within the shop.
Utterly disgusting shop.
I’d honestly rather go elsewhere in the future.
Utterly ridiculous.

The rose arrived beautifully packed & in perfect condition. Ordering online was very straightforward.
Always SO helpful and cheerful. A really lovely, family company, hugely valued by the local community.

Excellent delivery and service

The Ivy cafe is a lovely place. The staff are friendly and very efficient. We have been going there for lunch every few weeks for over a year now but more recently we have become tired of the menu which has not changed much since we started going. I know that there are daily specials but that appears to be on a rolling menu. It would be great if there were toasted sandwiches, panini’s and baguettes on offer because not everyone wants a cooked meal at lunch time. I trust you will take this review as constructive because you have a fantastic garden centre and the Ivy is brilliant.😊😊

Followed my delivery instructions and were very helpful -Groves delivered the compost promptly and carried it to the garden.
