GRS Recovery Avis 

GRS and Daniel in particular are brilliant and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We were faced with the prospect of being towed home from our holiday, but Daniel was persistent in achieving a temporary fix which enabled me to drive my family home.
It was an extremely stressful end to our holiday, but Daniel came to our aid. A lovely person who clearly knows his trade and goes above and beyond with a smile.

Had such a scary experience late at night on my own when my clutch pedal completely snapped off as I was driving just after a bend on a windy country road ..Called the AA who said I would be top priority as I was in a very dangerous position and GRS RECOVERY came all the way to Tisbury from Bournemouth within the hour.
I was sooo grateful to DOMINIC for all his tremendous help.He was so reassuring and calm and brought me back to my local garage dropping the car off at 1.15am and making sure I was home safely.
I literally cannot thank him enough for all his help-his support in a really frightening experience was invaluable.He went out of his way to sort it all out for me and was so friendly and I am incredibly thankful !

GRS help my grandson navigate dealing with his damaged impounded car retrieving his belongings and went above and beyond to help him locate his lost phone and money .I can't thank Neil enough from the Elliot road Bournemouth Branch for his outstanding help advice and patience in a very difficult situation , he made it so easy and stressfree for us and he is an asset to the company Thank you Neil.

Excellent service. Within a few minutes of phoning for assistance I had a text from Lee to say he would be with me within the next 10 minutes - and he was! He diagnosed my problem immediately then followed me home to make sure I got there safely. So efficient that I was back home within 45 minutes of my initial call! Thank you Lee. Thank you GRS!

Needed help to move a VW campervan at very short notice after being let down by another company. They were super speedy in getting to us. The guy who helped was really friendly, professional and a general great attitude. Literally not one complaint. Thank you.

We unfortunately broke down with the car undriveable at the start of March. Our breakdown cover Emergency Assist, who themselves have been awful), arranged for GRS Recovery to recover our vehicle. We are so grateful it was them who came to our aid! The care we received during and moreso after was beyond fantastic.
We were kept updated throughout with arrival time.
Unfortunately, the car was damaged when being moved onto the truck. This was just 'one of those things' and not the intention of GRS Recovery; simply unlucky! The after care we received in sorting out repair and payment for the damage was incredible. Rich got back to us the same day and even called to apologise and to discuss rectifying the problem. We then sorted a quote at the local bodywork garage and once an invoice was released this was paid for straight away by Rich/GRS. This really eased our stress and was amazing customer service; particularly considering they were a third party group to us. Thank you so much Rich and GRS!

So glad we’re back with greenflag best descion we made as they were great with my first mini & now with my second. When sadly we’d been let down appallingly by bmw mini assist more than once :( Twice they didn’t even show up :(

When in such a stressfull situation such as when broken down this is how it should be done not adding more stress

Hybrid Range rover battery went flat (from having the emergency lights on after a puncture - seriously!).
Range Rover refused to help (apparently warranty was expired a few days earlier). Called GRS, who arrived in 20 minutes, and knew exactly what to do. They even followed me to tesco to put it onto a charger. James was awesome - couldnt do enough to help.

Van broke down. Thomas arrived and his first thought was to get me to safety. Got back to designated garage then dropped me home which was an 8 mile round trip out of his way 5stars r not enough true legend THANKYOU 👍👍👍👍👍

Please thank Jay he came out and helped on a callout for my Renault Captur he was a lifesaver, fixing a loose battery termination so we could drive home safely.

James was highly professional, personable, pleasant and polite. He's a fine example of how one does one's job.

Breaking down is obviously, stressful, time consuming and disheartening. Especially after a week away camping!
That said, our recovery with GRS was probably the best experience you can have with something like this.
They were quick to our location, professional and courteous. The vehicle was well maintained and they got us home, a whole 2 and a half hours away, in bank holiday traffic, in great time, without any changes.
On a personal note, I really want to thank Tris, the driver, as he was so lovely to the kids and went out of his way to engage with them about their holiday and to keep them entertained. It really was a next level of customer service.
We really want to thank him for everything he did. We can't recommend them enough.

After Jamie recovered my vehicle on to.my drive. This morning I had calum turn up to take it from my house to the garage. Again Calum was very professional knew his stuff so I let him carry on. The next thing I know he is ready for the off. Again he took great care of my vehicle and made sure I was happy. I cannot recommend this company enough. Truly a great experience to leave ny vehicle in the hands of these professionals. Well done lads

As a single lady travelling alone in her campervan my trust in motor recovery services has been restored following my dealings with GRS and notably Dan.
Dan arrived within 3 hours of my initial call,quickly diagnosed the fault and luckily for me I had a spare part in my boot so Dan could easily fix the problem for me.
Such a kind, knowledgeable and friendly man, thankyou Dan, hope you enjoyed the Swanage fireworks x
