Do not use unless you want to wait 14 days for your horses water buckets and feed buckets to arrive. Ended up having to buy twice. Really shoddy and unacceptable service when so many other equestrian online shops are doing so well!!! AVOID

Ordered a rug - a week later I get contacted by e-mail saying that due to the ongoing Covid situation it's not been dispatched yet and they can't confirm when they will do so. Most companies seem used to working with Covid restrictions 11 months in so this seems a weak excuse. I replied asking them to cancel, as another store was able to deliver next day - no reply. After another e-mail, still no reply. Another week on I phoned them. They were quick and courteous, but absolutely no apology for the lack of reply, or the fact that two and a half weeks after paying for a rug it still hadn't been sent. My recommendation is to avoid.

Ordered my item and was dispatched relatively quick and in time for christmas as it was a gift. Great I thought. However on receiving my order, they had sent me the incorrect size. Popped them email and was told I would have to return it but at my own expense for postage and package. Was annoyed as it was clearly an error on there part. Asked them to ensure that the size I had ordered would be kept for me as it was there fault i had recieved the wrong size. Sent it back and a week later received an email saying they had run out of the size I had ordered. Sent them an email and no apology, no help and just told take your refund, your problem now. Poor customer service and very unhelpful. Would never order from them again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Cannot recommend. Very quick to despatch items. However I had a complaint about poor quality/faulty overreach boots which both split after 5 days. No response to my email even after a reminder. Replaced elsewhere with Shires which are still good as new after a couple of months wear.

Ordered items and it took 11 days to get despatched. Emailed asking where my parcel was and requested to remove an item off the order as I no longer required it, got a generic copy and paste email and was then told after asking them again I couldn’t remove the item (even though the order hadn’t left their warehouse).

Parcel arrived in a box that was falling apart with the tape coming off the box so the parcel was opened. Thankfully nothing was damaged as I’d dread to think what their returns policy is like if this is what their standard customer service is like.

Used to be a company I’d recommend to order from, however based on my last experience with them I highly recommended using another company.

Brilliant company, love their own brand jodhpurs very cheap but amazing quality, I ordered 2 more pairs but unfortunately they where lost in the paid but I contacted costumer service and they where brilliant and sent me replacements
