Big scam !

Big scam ! I ordered a cap that never arrived, delivery says that the package is lost , I sent a message to halarye to be refund but they won't for sure !! Fully disappointed!!! Don't order !!!!

The clothing I received was nothing…

The clothing I received was nothing like the photo in the ad. I received two items which were prints on polyester what the **? bro! Ripping people off and false advertising. I hope this business fails as it seems to deserve.
Bad products from what I seen not what they advertise. They fool you with images of different clothing and send you budget product.
They sent me rubbish and that's where their clothes went into the garbage! This is theft because many have said they didn't the items they thought they were getting. Halarye I hope that I hope that all the you've stolen from people get taken from your children mouths then you might realise what it feels off to be ripped off! Theives!

I placed an order after seeing a ad on…

I placed an order after seeing a ad on Instagram. The items I received were different styles than the ones pictured in the ad. They took weeks to let me know how to return the items. In the end I lost $34 on shipping costs.

Great product and service

After I chose the wrong size they were very helpful. I was offered a discount on my order or the option to return it. I returned my items and they exchanged them for a smaller size with no hassle. Happy with the service and products I recieved.

I have had to start an enquiry between the UK Parliamentary Commitee, US Representatives and the Chinese Manufacturers.

I have been refused both a refund and a delivery now. So I will be contacting my bank today to reverse the charges. It has now been two months and they keep refusing to deal with the logistics issues. Seems like they paid Yodel off to pretend to attempt a delivery and then since they've simply refused to send ne anything.

They won't be a company for much longer. The're details have also veen given to Perogi & Scammer Payback.

Hit and Miss with a side of scam

I order two items from Halarye. A 4XL shirt and 5XL Hoodie.

Despite going a size up the 4XL shirt sat so tightly it might as well of been spandex across my chest and stomach. Awful to wear. The imagine on the shirt that drew my attention to it (Samurai Salamander) felt cheap and plastic

The Hoodie on the other hand was okay. The imagine was incorporated into the shirt and was comfortable. The fabric was light and while it wasn't the nicest to the touch it was decent for the price paid. Still could have found better I feel

This would have been a two-star review due to the hoodie. However the email that was sent to track my order was infected with phishing malware. Due to this I would not trust this website.

Terrible experience

What a saga this has been, I should have gone with my gut and not ordered.

I ordered 4 t shirts from this website for my partners 40th birthday present. He liked the designs, and although weary about the website, I went ahead and ordered.

The t shirts arrived just before his birthday and when I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed. The prints were very poor quality, with artifacts visually present where the company had enlarged. In addition one of the t shirts looked nothing like the picture, I thought it had been misprinted.

I did gift the t shirts, but explained to my other half I was not happy with the quality and he agreed.

I then tried to contact the company to attempt to get a refund. They offered me 30% discount to be refunded, or slightly more in store credit. I have no use for these t shirts, so after spending £60, I wanted a full refund.

They have sent me the details for a return and I now have to pay approx half the order price to send these t shirts back and get a refund. THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM. To me, the product is faulty, so surely it should be up to the company to organise the return.

Do not order from this website.

Countless copyright violations

Please be cautious when dealing with Halarye.com. Despite presenting itself as a legitimate online store, this company engages in deceptive practices. They have copied several of my illustrations without proper licensing or permission and are illegally offering them for sale. It appears that Halarye.com intentionally violates copyright laws, making it advisable to refrain from making any purchases from their website.

Terrible product and customer service

I ordered three sweatshirts, the product was a chinese Temu quality knockoff. The print was blurry and low quality on top of a low quality fabric. Also all three of the shirts I got were misprinted. I ordered an otter shirt that was supposed to have two otters on the front, I got a shirt with two otters on the front, two more on the back, and an additional otter split in half on each sleeve. All the other shirts were similarly damaged such that the designs were anatomically incorrect. I reached out to support for a refund and after several emails of haggling they acted like they were being generous to give me 70% the value in store credit. Again, for a product which I demonstrated I had received in a misprinted/ damaged condition.

IMPORTANT EDIT:
You'll see Halarye's response to my review. To be clear, they did email me offering to expedite the refund that I was already supposed to receive. I don't even know if I've gotten that refund yet though. But they definitely did not refund me the price of the objects and the thirty-dollar return shipping like their response implies.
I doubt they'll improve their print or material quality either. It was shipped from China, Temu quality stuff. And all three were misprinted. A mistake would be one item. Same with the customer service, it wasn't just that their initial response to the circumstance was bad, it was a 7 email conversation that was me repeatedly telling them that their refund offers were nonsense only for them to marginally increase the amount of store credit they'd refund me.

Awful

If I could give 0 stars I would've done. This company is an absolute scam. I've bought my husband a shirt for his birthday. I wish I've read the reviews first. It was advertised as a linen but what I've received was a horrible, cheap, nylon looking shirt. When I complained they told me I have to send the shirt back on my expense and gave me a New York address. To do that would have cost me more than what I've paid for the shirt. Obviously that's what they rely on. PayPal didn't help either. I've reported the low lives everywhere possible. I hope their website will be taken down so they can't keep scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Nie wieder!

Sachen waren viel zu klein, der Druck auf den Sachen war teilweise verschoben bzw. doppelt auf dem Ärmel.
Die Qualität war in keinster weise wie erwartet. Beim versuch die Sachen zu Retournieren hätte ich komplett den Versand in die USA alleine bezahlen müssen (51€) kein entgegenkommen vom Verkäufer der es selber um vieles Günstiger im Container aus China verschifft. Das Gegenangebot war die Hälfte vom Warenpreis und ich solle die Sachen behalten. Jetzt sitze ich auf den Klamotten die eine schlechte Qualität haben und mir viel zu klein sind (obwohl ich meine Größe bestellt habe) fest und kann mit dem Zeug nichts anfangen. Ich werde da nie wieder was bestellen und kann allen nur davon abraten. Der Händler will sich nur ordentlich die Taschen selber voll hauen.

received an email today to say my items were delivered 4 days ago. They were not and there is no way to check the courier as on the tracker it just states the courier as "Other"

Probably 85% has a low quality print…

Probably 85% has a low quality print image. Bought like 12 t-shirts and 2 sweatpants. 9 of the t-shirts and 1 of the sweatpants have a very low quality print. I noticed that all of these low quality prints has the "graphical print" category. So if you want to buy something with a better quality search for "art print". Definitely not buying here again...
