Surprised by how good this was

2 person picnic hamper.
Unfortunately unwrapped the 2 plates put them in the lid holder & the brass poppers promptly fell apart!!!! Didn’t bother with the rest of it. Appears to be mass produced poor quality.

We are sorry you felt it necessary to leave us a poor review with your issue rather than contacting us directly so we could assist you.
As you have advised the popper fell apart within the plate holder. As the wicker dries out after the basket has been created, the poppers may sometimes become loose and occasionally can come apart. They can be easily re-joined back together. If this was not possible then we could have assisted if you had made contact to us and let us know.
We do buy in our fitted picnic baskets from a reputable basket company. The baskets are not poor quality, as we would not like to sell substandard products to our customers. In fact we get some very lovely comments from our customers regarding their quality and the enjoyable experiences they have had using their picnic baskets.
