Loved the hamper!!
Great website. Such fabulous choices for the hampers and I loved that I could pick the flavours that went into it. I was also impressed at the great communication during shipping. My friend who received it loves it. She sent me some picks of it, and it looks beautiful. Huge lovely red bow over the hamper, which was also really sweet. A reasonable price for what we got! Highly recommend.

Ordering gifts from Australia
I have not seen the gift but the people where happy. I am not in the UK and given a delivery time for the next day, while my night time made it hard. It would be better to have times not just days when ordering. As it was a surprise gift I did not want the to have to stay home and wait.

Unfortunately, we rely on a courier to deliver our gifts across the UK, so we are unable to offer timed delivery slots when ordering. However the courier does send out 'one hour' delivery windows on the morning of the delivery, if you provided a mobile number for the recipient so they wouldn't have to wait in for the delivery. Their interactive service is also very useful as they offer collection at a local point to their home address, or delivery to a neighbour if they are not going to be home.

For a special long-distance Christmas
We live in New Zealand and our daughter lives in Glasgow. This make it a bit tricky with Christmas gifting. Being able to send her one of your hampers is brilliant. We can chat online and share a whiskey with her on Christmas day, how good is that!

Both the food and wine were of good…
Both the food and wine were of good quality and certainly enjoyed by the recipient eventually. I sent the hamper as an 85th birthday present but it wasn’t delivered until late evening which I personally found disappointing.

Unfortunately, delivery times are out of our control as we use a courier to deliver our gifts. The courier does provide a one hour delivery window on the day of delivery and provide options, like change to a morning or afternoon delivery or to leave at a local collection point if the time was unsuitable.
