I would give this company zero stars if…

I would give this company zero stars if I could. The recent commercial for the men's underwear is indecent and offensive. I can't believe your company actually thought this was a good marketing tool. I have to quickly change the channel when the commercial come on so that the kids won't see it. Your marketing team needs to be fired. You have lost another customer.

Customer service seems to be a consistent problem. If everything goes fine, you are lucky, but if they didn't have the stock they claimed they had, or something else goes wrong, CS does little to help, if at all. As for people upset with the most recent commercial, please grow up! It's a cheeky funny commercial. It will NOT corrupt your children and your "shock" and dismay is ridiculous!

Really...this grosses me out

Really...this grosses me out. Your marketing department is able to do better. Product may be good but will never purchase as a result of that commercial. Kids see this and get the meaning. Disgusting!

If I could I would rate a zero your new recent commercial is SO inappropriate Really and I don’t even have little kids who watch tv anymore but just because of that commercial I never put another one of my dollars in your pocket again I will find a different brand and I will encourage others to also

Very very poor customer service

I placed 2 recent orders; first one was over $40 and saw no where how to get “free pair of briefs.” Second order I paid $5.99 s/h and the following day s/h went down to $1.99. I called today because when shipping changed it was weekend and cs not open. She said “I can’t help you with shipping, our sale started the following day and you missed it by one day!” For briefs she went through how it was supposed to be and I said it didn’t show that and she said nothing. That is very poor customer service! She didn’t in any way offer any help or nothing!

Disgusting commercial! Fire the team that thought this was a good selling point! (Man in blue underwear spreading his legs and talks about balling)
This ad only is liked people who have a perverted sense of humor.

What happened to this formerly great American company...Hanes Underware?How can you go from being "America's Underware" to a business so closely aligned with the new woke culture as to now produce and air nearly pornographic and certainly disgusting commercials.

I find the latest tv commercial for the…

I find the latest tv commercial for the Hanes Support Comfort Pouch to be totally and utterly disgusting and borderline pornographic. I do not feel a commercial needs to be this explicit in order to sell the item. I now resolve to buy no Hanes products until that commercial is removed from public tv. I will also verbalize my concerns to anyone that will listen!!!

I purchased the hicuts in black..which fit perfectly and I love except that they have been washed twice and have already lost the elastic in the butt! I have always loved these and have some which are quite old and still have all its elasticity! Im so disappointed

Quality has declined. Recently bought a new pair of ‘eco sweats’. They are so baggy in the waist, I could fit a small animal inside. I have a large safety pin cinched at my waist to keep my pants up. Company asked me to write a review and when I did, they responded, “ does not meet our standards “. Thus, it wasn’t posted. Take away, we don’t care what you think. Have since found a replacement, Time and Tru. Ladies, this one is a winner. Have bought about 5 new pairs of pants/shorts/joggers. Couldn’t be happier with them!!!!

Ordered March 17th and got…

Ordered March 17th and got confirmation. March 24th I got an email to say there was a delay and I would be charged when this shipped. Called to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel as it had been more than 30 minutes since I placed the order so I was out of the cancellation time. After pushing and being told the order would not ship for another 10-14 business days and would take about 4 days to get to me I asked to speak to a manager.

Manager said this would ship today or Monday and take 4 days to get delivered but I was still unable to cancel the order. Manager offered 20% off which sounded like it was going to be a coupon for a future order. I pushed again and they are knocking the 20% off this order. Not sure I will see the items or the discount if I do see the items but if not I will take it up with the bank.

Amazing how bad this site is compared to the stores.

I ordered a tshirt from Re/Done/Hanes…

I ordered a tshirt from Re/Done/Hanes for $90.00. It was a disappointment. When I try to return it, the site says not returnable. I did not buy it onsale and it was a returnable item. I cannot get anyone to respond to a chat box on their site or to emails. Never order from Re/Done Hanes

Total disappointment: Didn’t get the product, lost 61,80€

I was genuinely excited about your new product and campaign.
Funny, witty, a total win.
Decided I would indulge in myself and just buy it.

I’ve spent 61,80€ on my order, a bit pricy, it’s true… but it did include shipping, so I thought, this will be worth it.
8 briefs for 62€, an almost 7,75€ per item.
Knowing and trusting this would quality products, I didn’t mind.

Now: I receive an email from DHL letting me know, that my products will be retained at the border and that I must trust DHL blindly to retrieve my products and that expense can go from an extra 30€ to plus 400€.

I’ve I don’t give them that permission, the product may be stuck on the border forever or returned to the sender.

Funny, almost ironic since the shipping service used by you it’s called “borderfree”.

So: I’ve lost 61,80€ … an expensive cautionary tale…

Please, if you don’t return me the value, at least do the following:

- Stop all publicity and advertising for non-US countries. Please, just do it! Stop it

- Make it clear on checkout: THAT YOU DON’T GUARANTEE THE PRODUCT DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE US!!!

I hope all the best to the Hanes team… but let just say: a bit disappointed

Total garbage .....

Unable to create an account on the website, after many attempts No way to print return label without an account. Bras are so far off in size, it is almost comical. Stay away from this site. Not the Hanes it used to be. In my humble opinion, do not use this site.

the website said i had to recreate acct…

the website said i had to recreate acct and when i do, after 5 attempts it will not let me use a new password or email and they have my info in original acct and i can not delete old info like payment methods and now i cant make a new acct and am just stuck seems like they stole information from us with accts to sell and we can do nothing about it--over hanes, on to other names--quality was getting so poor anyways i now see like so many things this past year--time to try something new

Stay Away from Hanes.com - Poor Quality - Refunds held until you call

I placed an order for fleece jogging pants. When they arrived the cut was for a midget in the length of the stride. No Way to wear these! Additionally, the quality of the fabric was extremely poor. I returned them and the delivery was completed on Jan 29, 2021. As of Feb 5th the refund still does not show in my bank account. When I checked the website for an explanation it says: "Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return and refund to be processed."

This should be illegal!!!! There is no way a refund should take 2-4 weeks to process! They have the merchandise but want to hang on to the money.

UPDATE: Today is February 25, 2021 and I still have not received my refund! So I placed a phone call and spoke with an agent. After giving her all the information she told me she was processing my return and that I should see it in another 4-5 days. I told her that meant the refund would be outside of the 2-4 weeks period shown on their website. She said well that was just the processing time and it was another 4-5 days after that. Excuse me...does that make sense to you because it sure doesn't to me.

Their website states: Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.

It says nothing about taking another 4-5 days after they finally authorize the refund. Bottom line, when it is this difficult to do business with a company it indicates unethical practices. My advise...stay away...stay far, far away!

The good news is that I checked my bank account and the refund has been issued. Obviously, as I told the lady, an electronic refund should not take another 4-5 days once it is processed. Maybe being firm (not rude) meant she pushed the refund through. Never know for sure. The only thing I know for sure is I will NEVER purchase from Hanes again nor will I purchase their poor quality products.
