Not the Hanes quality they used to be. Bought some White Boxer Briefs and some White briefs and they both seemed to be thinner material and waste band stretched out after a few washes. At first, I thought maybe they were just a lower quality branding which maybe is the case? I definitely am going to try other brands.

Bought several sweat pants and sweat shirts based on items purchased in the past. The quality has gone downhill. The sweat pants and sweat shirts started pilling right away. Very unsightly!

I not happy with my service because I was delivered the wrong items/order. By the time I had a schedule free enough to return the items my 45 day return period was up.

Is there a 0 star rating, they are constantly changing there design slightly to get you to come back trying different kinds. SHADY SHADY SHADY COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! LOSERS!!!!

Ordered four pair of Men's 9.7oz sweat pants size Large. The sizing is,more like a 3XXL and the length is for Andre The Giant.Are you kidding me,Hanes never again will I order from them.Waiting on a return label through U.S. mail to get a refund.Why would the sizing be like this,probably labeled wrong, and nobody cares to check.

Every item I ordered was canceled. Website said in stocks, charged my credit card, then received an email stating all items I ordered are out of stock. Just went to website and they still show up as available. I will never order from them again

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF THE NEW "LIGHT ABSORBANCY" UNDERWEAR FOR WOMAN FROM WALMART, BOTH PAIRS FELL APART ON THE FIRST USE! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! JUNK! THEY ACTUALLY FELL APART ON MY BODY AT WORK!

If there was a minus star...I would use that one...Hanes WAS a good name at one time..years ago....now it is garbage..Bought new and washed once..the waistband binding unraveled..and the same for then on with the entire package..This is not disposal under ware..Tried to get the with customer service..a nightmare..and the people working there the worse..How can they justify selling garbage..Never ever buy HANES again..NEVER!!!!

I am astounded at the low quality of the "light tee shirts" I recently purchased (July 2022). I have worn Hanes light tees for DECADES, and now their cotton is like emery paper, rough, course, heavy; utterly uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

They thinned the fabric. 9 new briefs lasted less than a year. I've been wearing Hanes since my first memories of childhood. I still have pairs from 10 years ago. Who was the idiot that thought they would make more money by changing the fabric? You just lost a life-time customer and I bet there's more like me.

I ordered 3 hanes tees, all the same size but in different colors. one of them is much smaller than the other 2 and can't even wear it. I am disappointed with this company. they need stricter quality control.

I have purchased the Hanes 'Most comfortable' (they call them) boxer briefs for many years and the key note here is (never) have been consistent in quality. Maybe 80-90% of them were O.K. but many would lose their stretch in the elastic waist-band and want to drop to your knees (maybe that's how the 'fashion' started).
Lately though Hanes has absolutely allowed themselves to be classified as the worst as the cotton fabric around the elastic waist-band started to come apart almost instantly so now I have all these shorts that look new from the waist (band) down but soon the (white) elastic waist-band will be completely exposed w/bits of cotton fabric dangling from them. ('Now' noticed they are rated very low.)
SHABBY workmanship !!! (Thank you again, *@!?#!! 'China' or whatever sweat shop put these together, and M.Jordan)..................

I ordered 2 sweat suits from Hanes when they arrived they were to big so I recorded and started the return process, here is where the problem comes in there return procdure is HORRIBLE, it shouldn't take this long to process a return they should take notes from Amazon, they have lost my business because of this i will never order from Hanes because of this policy, 👎👎👎👎

Wednesday 11/04/2021 I purchased a 10 pack of Hanes boxer briefs. I put on a pair the next day and broke out extremely bad with a rash and some bleeding. I went to the hospital this morning on 11/06/2021 Hanes tried to refund me the money but I am not accepting the refund. I have images of the rash from these underwear! Happy to share if interested!

I have been purchasing Hanes products for years. I had an order where three items had shrunk and one did not arrive. Called Customer Service and reached a really talented CSR, Jeffrey Hodges. It was one of the best customer service experiences ever. He refunded then reordered the problem items immediately. This guy deserves a raise.

Still have yet to receive my refund. They have no online way of contacting them like a normal business would. Will never order from here again.
