This company needs to be investigated by the Federal Police as they are the biggest scam artists ever. Judging by other reviews, they also think the same. Just wished I had seen the review before I ordered. ACCC might (should) also be interested.

Whoever runs this Sh@t show is a liar and a thief. They promise refunds and they never pay up. The products are atrocious! They are disgusting. I have written over 20 emails with no end in sight. And now..... the name change! From Jarah Melbourne to Olivia Melbourne. Jarah Harris shows an ugly head too. Just a Shicking experience. A Scam Artist of Note!

I wish I had read these reviews before spending hundreds of dollars on sub standard clothing.
All the same issues - tried to return and the parcel boomeranged back. Now the contact address is no longer active.
Has anyone sought compensation through Consumer affairs?

This is a scam from a 'ghost store'; company is located in China and advertises leather goods which turn out to be inferior quality goods made of plastic. Do NOT believe they will come good on their money back guarantee, it just won't happen!

It’s a good job they’re closing down (if it’s true as - they’ve been saying that since October 2024!) because they are without doubt THE worst company to deal with! The quality of clothing is absolutely garbage & when I had to return my items they took no responsibility & responses to my emails took forever & I was constantly chasing them up. When I found out the garments were made in China I had a 7 month shit fight with HM! I had done everything they asked of me, including multiple phone calls to various places, & they still wouldn’t refund me & since May will not reply to me at all.

Having read reviews midway through the ongoing saga there were many more people in the same position. All I can say is don’t waste your money, the clothes are beyond substandard, and they are horrendous to deal with.

I orderd a pullover that was advertised as a ribbed wollen garment with leather elbow pads. Garment arrived and it was polyester with the ribbed design and elbow pads printed on the garment. A total rip off, and of course being from China, forget trying to return the garment due to expense and they offered 5% of the original purchase price as a refund.

An ad came up on my social media advertising men's hooded jackets. They looked very nice in the photos. I paid AUD$100. When I received my order, it looked like a $15 jacket off Temu 😞

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered a dress that arrived today, and I'm extremely disappointed. The quality is horrible, and the color and design are nothing like what was advertised. 😞 It feels like a scam. They claim to be based in Melbourne, but it's clear they're operating from China. Can anyone guide me on how to report this company? They shouldn't be allowed to operate this way.

This company is not in Australia. They don’t accept returns. I should have known better. The worst quality and not at all what they advertise.

The product (a trench coat) is very poor quality and obviously was never at the price they advertised it was marked down from. Returns are to China- so that makes it difficult ! I would not trust that they would refund the money either. I don’t know why Australian government bodies have not closed this scam company.

The clothes were not even finished! There were threads handing off, no hems, extremely poor quality fabric, cutting and sewing. I've never seen such poor quality clothes. I am trying to return them. The shoes were better, but still very cheap quality. The photos of the clothes on this website are NOTHING like what you will receive. Do not be deceived. Do not buy. These clothes were not even worth a few $$$, let alone the oitrageous claims by the company. Three no closing down sale. It's just classic Chinese business scamming.

Zero Star. No Star! Scam! Super bad quality China product. Offers to refund 5% only. Or send back item at my cost and I could be waiting forever for the refund. Do not buy

The product I received was badly designed and didn't look anything like the photo presented in the ad. It looked hideous on me. I followed all their instructions to mail the items back to some very complicated address in China and I sent them the tracking number. Once the package reached China auspost tracking number no longer work. According to the HarrisMelbourne they still haven't received the package sent over 2 months ago. I have confirmed that it arrived in China and sent them proof. They are still refusing to refund my money. Do not buy from this company. Not only have I lost money on the two items I purchased but I've had to pay to get the package to China.

This Company advertises faslely ....you may not get what is adverstised as I did with 3 shirts that retailed with them for $169 on sale for $50 - was the worst quality fabric I have ever seen!!!!
Their after sales return is astonishing/appalling - what they try to get away with - factory closed sorry - will take 30/40 days for them to receive your parcel - anything tostop you asking for a refund.
THIS COMPANY IS TO BE AVOIDED BIG TIME !!!!!!!

Total scam!! Quality of garments appalling nothing like described, worst fabric and sizing. Not coming from Melbourne but china, more shit for the environment to consume. WTF

This company is a scam. The product came from China and was of such poor quality I had to throw it out.
The fabric and fit were disgusting. The only way I could get a refund was to send it back to China at my expense and there was no guarantee that they would refund me.

This company is NOT Australian. I ordered two sets of pant/matching top.
The paypal receipt was LUXZA.
Items were ordered in LARGE.
What i received was ridiculous. The sizing was for an Asian child.
The cost to return these items for a refund was $25.00.
Another Chinese SCAM

Dodgy company, claims to be a Melbourne boutique closing down. Items took ages to come, nothing like what was described, no labels, poor quality. Tried to dispute via Paypal after unsatisfactory dealings, was told I could get full refund but only if I sent items back to China at my expense. I don't trust the company at all so not prepared to pay for the shipping and risk losing that as well.
