Hashtechguy Avis 

Ordered some Sony ear pods from Hashtechguy but through OnBuy. OnBuy gave me the wrong tracking, on the wrong item and didn't reply to any requests for information on what had happened. Hashtechguys , however, sorted it all out for me. Gave the me the correct shipping information, made sure the address ad delivery were correct and confirmed. Can't fault them or the price they offered goods at so just need to give a positive review where due. OnBuy on the other hand were hopeless, I wonder if some of the tracking and delivery issues being talked about here are possibly blaming the wrong people?

Ordered a pink iPad, gave a delivery date then when that passed i contacted them and they said the item was lost or stolen in transit.
Now they are ignoring messages for a week now because I’m asking for a refund SCAM

I bought an S25 Ultra from his website, and for the duration of the days after purchase (like nearly 8 - 10 days) I got NO update on the parcel whatsoever, the only update was on the day of purchase where it just confirmed the purchase. Just after waiting, on the 8th day I got an email that my order was cancelled and I got a refund on the phone because there "weren't enough in stock to fullfill my order", I was very annoyed since I waited so long just for my parcel to never be dispatched nor shipped with NO tracking update on the phone, also this phone was an import from Honk Kong, so it wasn't a UK or EU original. Buy at your own risk.

Product not working also I apply for return but they give me late reply and some images and return window close and also they don’t give me invoice

I bought a Samsung phone via this company although I didnt realise at the time as I had used Onbuy website. I was given an arrival time of 23 to 27th of May but it didnt arrive. I then raised this and asked for tracking. Tracking indicated that something had been posted on 19th May and that Royal Mail was awaiting its arrival. That is still the message to this day. Incredibly Hashtechguy have email me and asked me to give them 5 stars in a review....Anyway here's the 1 star . I have asked twice for a full refund and will update here with the outcome. I would also say that the reviews for this outfit are bad and would recommend avoidance. Am also surprised that Onbuy allow them to trade on their platform as it does not reflect well

My iPad arrived in a week with a UK adapter. Great price and good communication with seller

I ordered an iPad and then read the reviews afterwards and was obviously very nervous. Was dispatched from china which also made me worried. However I am pleasantly surprised! iPad arrived in less than a week, brand new condition, sealed in original apple packaging. Everything in box that you would expect. Seller even included a UK charging plug because the iPad comes with American plug. iPad is in mint condition, very clearly brand new. Security seals still in place on its box. You would think I’d ordered it from Apple Store. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews because I have had very good experience. Not sure if it’s hit and miss but I can’t complain at all. Seller politely responded to messages within 24 hours and provided a tracking link. All went very smoothly and i am very happy with my new iPad so far. Thank you Hashtechguy!

Never ever buy from them. Cancelled my order within hours of placing it but 3 days later received a message saying that my order was on its way when contacted they said that it was already processed when I cancelled it (even Amazon are not that quick)I sent the item back as soon I received with proof that they had received it since then and after numerous messages some of them ignored I’m still waiting for my refund over 2 months. Spend the extra £20 or £30 from a serious known shop and avoid the hassle it’s not worth it

Do not buy from this dude!!!!!! My dad bought a iPad a16 from him and it is so glitchy the screen freezes half the time I have taken it to Apple about 5 times and they can’t do anything, he refuses to refund the obviously not working iPad and is arguing with us about it, the situation is so silly because it is so simple to just refund us and then let us get a better one

Just a drop shipper, do not buy from this guy, just go to temu buy it from there, same thing

Do not buy anything from this company, it's coming from hong kong and after reading other reviews he sells fake goods and he is very difficult to deal with to get a refund . AVOID AVOID AVOID

DONT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a switch on onbuy from them. I’ve never used onbuy before, it was made to look like I would be getting a uk region switch. However this was not the case, its was falsely advertised and I received a Hong Kong region switch, so it didn’t have the correct plug & it also wouldn’t be under warranty. So I immediately asked for a refund which they agreed to. I sent it back Royal Mail tracked and signed for as I rightly so did not trust them. My instincts where correct as the parcel has been sitting at the post office for over a week now - they haven’t bothered to collect it and they have stopped responding to me despite me sending them the tracking details and letting them know the parcel needed to be collected.

Fraud! Attention! It was a terrible shopping experience! I purchased iPad from this seller on onbuy.com and it never arrived! I wrote to the seller to find out about my iPad but never received a reply. Luckily I paid with Klarna and stopped the installment payments. In the meantime, I'm still waiting for the first installment to be refunded by Klarna. Forget it and ignore this seller!

I recently bought a camera that has a problem. I emailed them explaining the problem but I never received a reply.
The guarantee is not real so I would advise people to avoid buying from this seller.

Ordered a speaker, after a month of use the sound was full of crackles. Have been emailing for over a month with no response. Do not buy from this prick

I didn't realise that the product was being shipped from China and waited quite awhile for it once I received it and opened it pretty sure I've been sold a fake really upsetting

Initially impressed - camera arrived promptly and as described. After a few months, the focus stopped working and I contacted Hashtechguy who sent me a few troubleshooting suggests which sounded reasonable but didn’t work. That’s the last I heard from him. He’s now totally ghosting me and camera is running out of warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM - absolutely zero support if things go wrong
