Purchasing a house with them. Moving from England. They were awful to deal with and unhelpful from the get go. The purchase was delayed massively because of their assumptions. I was in contact with the seller directly and shared screenshots of what was happening. Hastings didn’t have a leg to stand on and the main man who was on holiday ended up being in contact. Absolutely steer clear
