Steve and Emeilia were my drivers on 17th and 19th June
I would like to convey my thanks for being very caring and attentive to my needs.

Would give it a zero star if I could they are the worse company in the world they don’t ring you to tell you that they are running late like they are suppose to do and also send a text out but they never did when I rang them up they was really rude and left me on hold and all they could say they had drivers who let them down and didn’t come in today but that isn’t my 78 year old mums fault who is waiting to be seen by a epilepsy doctor. They told my mum to be ready by 11.20 am it’s now 1.30 pm and still no call or text and my mums appointment is at 2.20 it don’t take 10 mins to drive to kings college hospital from my mums house. I will be taking this further and would be contacting my local MP about this as well what a disgraceful company to rep the NHS disgusting.

My dad was bought home from the hospital by Mark and Georgina who were so wonderful and caring. There was nothing too much trouble for them. They put my dad in bed and even took his slippers off! Very very caring people. Thank you!

Georgina and the other Male staff ?Matt was really helpful and our resident had a great time with them on their way back to the care home.

The two ambulance staff Mark and Georgian were wonderful amazing caring people. They brought my husband and and were very efficient in getting him in the house. We are very grateful for they service.

Mark and George transported me from Hillingdon to Hamstead hospital & they were excellent & really looked after me.

Maggie Fergunson was very kind and so caring, to me and my son.
Maggie messaged me before picking us up for the hospital trip which helped us be ready and on time for the important appointment.
Maggie is a great person she really cares and really is a dedicated person. Its amazing to see a strong female doing such a great job, she drives safe and is a amazing person who ensures we are comfortable. In Great Ormond St hospital there are many good drivers who collect us who are named Robert, Attiqa Fatima, Nasir, Ail, Amjad, Habib, Tahir, and Fasile, Imran and Simone. I would like to thank them all and the ambulance we go in are great, we are very happy with the service and its a great help for my son who has complex needs we have a great experience and really are so happy with Maggie esp who really is a great person.

Mark and Georgina drove my vulnerable friend for 2.5 hours at a fairly late hour to get him to my place. They helped him up the (24) stairs, no mean task with a 17 stone man and were very attentive, staying until they were sure he was ok. Then a long journey home for them!

I have been coming to GOSH for some time now with my children. I always have very friendly people helping me. Attiqa, Nasir, Habib the drivers and Ali, Imran and JQ from the office. Amazing people

We waited in A&E for almost six hours. The staff appeared to be under significant pressure due to how busy the department was, and unfortunately they were unable to provide much assistance. The A&E department was extremely crowded throughout our wait.

However, Gary and Georgina were excellent during the journey home. They were very apologetic about the long waiting time, reassured my service user, and ensured that all of his needs were met before leaving the hospital. Their professionalism, kindness, and support were greatly appreciated after such a long and difficult experience.

Excellent ambulance transport service. The staff Mark and Georgina were very polite, professional, and efficient throughout. They arrived on time and handled everything with care and compassion. Really appreciated how supportive and attentive they were while on the job. Highly recommended.😀

Terrible service left sitting in St George’s hospital for over 4 hours-no one to contact-totally appalling-I suffer with depression and am now shaking and crying-thank you Hats😩😡

Gary mcdermott. Arrived in plenty of time, he called me in advance which allowed me time to get ready. His personality and friendliness made me very comfortable as he assisted me into the vehicle.

His skill in maneuvering the vehicle 👏🏾 😳 second to none.

Farhana Mohammed was really attentive to my dad's needs and concerns about travelling the first time via Hospital Transport. He was very reassuring, making the trip much more more positive that my dad had expected.

Nasir picked us up today for our GOSH appointment. He was so lovely and helpful. Such a lovely man.

Elvis and David have been transporting my patient from the hospital for treatment. They have been absolutely wonderful. They are very considerate of her condition and have made adjustments on the route and how they transport my patient to ensure maximum comfort. They have good chats with us all and are very kind and friendly.
