The whole experience was great. I visited for a ring resizing. I was given time to fully decide on the work, informed on the process and result.
The ring resize is incredible. I couldn’t believe how perfectly they resized it. The ring was also cleaned and returned super shiny.

A stone had fallen out of my engagement ring, which I’ve worn every day for 35 years. The workshop rebuilt the setting, replaced the stone, made the ring a little larger and gave it a good polish. It really looks like the day we bought it. I’m delighted - thank you. Great communication too, and a good price.

I wanted to get my platinum wedding band resized and knew Hatton Garden was the place to go but the choice was very overwhelming given it is the diamond quarter of London.

A quick google search found this place with very positive reviews so took the plunge and glad I did.

I met Michael, a very knowledge and laid back guy who described the process and it was all very simple and made sure I would get a fit I was happy with. I felt the price was reasonable.

I even got it back next day considering I was told a week. Have no complains, they polished the ring and made it look brand new.

Fantastic place and I thoroughly recommend it. It's also tucked out of the way in Hatton Garden so if discretion is your thing, this is the place to go.

I had a very delicate baby bracelet mended. I was very impressed with it, you can’t even tell it was fixed and cleaned it up nicely. Service was very great, highly recommend!

I was really pleased with the work done on my three rings. Engagement ring repaired beautifully and all three re-plated to a perfect shine. They listened well to what I wanted and explained the cost in detail, breaking down each part so I could decide what I did and didn't want to be done. Very efficient turnaround too.

I’d been putting off having my broken necklaces fixed for too long because I didn’t know where to look. It turned out to be a much simpler process than id anticipated and much cheaper too. I’m so happy with my necklaces- they have huge sentimental value and it feels good to be able to wear them again.

My mum gave me a gold bangle which was too big and I wanted it to be a more comfortable shape. They did an amazing job and it looks brand new. They polished it beautifully as well. I would definitely recommend them. The staff were very helpful.
