Hawthorn Health Avis 

I placed an order and live outside of the UK. I received my order within two weeks without any issues. The products were well packed and all are years before expiring. I will be reordering from them in the future.

I've used Hawthorn Health numerous times and have always been surprised at how quickly I receive my order, always well packed and correct. I also love the selection of items they have available on their website at prices usually always cheaper in price than other organic/vegan websites.

I've been buying the same items from this company regularly. It consistently delivers genuine products and it takes 3 days for the order to appear on my doorstep.

The only reasons for not giving it 5 stars are the price. There are companies that supply same products at lower price (eg juicy fruit gum - £1 difference on a pack). And no tracking number provided for delivery when an order is dispatched (so I am never sure when it will be delivered).

I am happy with this company service. I can find organic products I need.

Fast, and good price srrvice

Hawthorn Health themselves have been absolutely fine, responded to emails, etc, as you would expect. I ordered some multi-vitamins some time ago, and am still waiting for them.

The courier company, Yodel, claims to have made three attempted deliveries. This is untrue. I live a mile along the Pennine Way, a pot holed track, so the driver must have thought it easier to claim failed deliveries, than to brave the track. To their credit, Hawthorn Health did not believe there has been any attempted deliveries. Last week, I emailed Hawthorn Health, my mobile number. There is somewhere nearer to my address where the package could be left for me to collect, but the courier has not bothered to contact me.

Terrible waste of time. Many emails sent but they never reply. I ordered products which were advertised for sale. Shortly after they refunded part payment for items as they did not actually have them. I wanted full refund for other items as £4 for delivery was not worth for the other small cost items. No response and now despite me not wanting the other stuff they said dispatched now we'll after I asked for refund. Waste of time company. Products that look good value are not in stock

I've placed three orders so far all of which have arrived quickly and without issue, just called them to check stock availability and they answered the phone and my enquiry immediately.

I ordered some organic cocoa off Amazon from Hawthorn Health in early December & it just never showed up & their customer service is not responding. Beware!
