When I got the delivery notification…
When I got the delivery notification from DHL, it was for a parcel from 'Blue Bones Ltd'. So this caused some confusion - I'm refurbing a flat at the moment and having many things delivered all around the same time, and so I had no idea what this delivery was, and ended up sort of making an educated guess after some googling.
The other thing was that the mirror required partial self assembly. This did not present much of a problem for me, but it certainly isn't mentioned anywhere on the Puji website page when you order it, and there's no instructions in the package for those that might need them.

Was sent the wrong chairs
Was sent the wrong chairs . Phone number on website is not recognised?(comes up Northern Ireland ) I had to phone the delivery people for the 3rd time to get the number I needed -which took me 2 hours to get from when the chairs were delivered ! Very stressful! All sorted now hopefully as I spoke to someone from Blue Bone ?? Not called PuJi who I was expecting to get through too ? So hopefully the right chairs are being delivered to me this week !?

We are very sorry for the mixup on your order. Bluebone is one of our suppliers, and your chairs were despatched directly from their warehouse, this is why you were given their telephone number by the delivery company. Unfortunately there was a picking error and you were sent the wrong item - because this was sent directly from our supplier, they are looking after the exchange and ensuring you receive the correct chairs ASAP.
The telephone number on our website goes to our store in Northern Ireland. We will get this line checked to ensure there are no issues, but if you need to speak to us please email info@puji.com.
Sorry again for any inconvenience and stress caused and we hope you love your new chairs once you do receive them.

Ordered a desk and bar stools
Ordered a desk, but the desk came without screws. Customer service was quick to respond and send the missing screws, plus a complimentary spanner which was a nice touch. Ordered again a week later for bar stools, no missing screws this time :) Nice quality products.

The coffee table was excellent quality…
The coffee table was excellent quality and looks great. My only criticism is there was very little delivery information. You couldn't track or contact the courier. They eventually booked a delivery between 12.00 & 5.00pm but didn't turn up until up around 6.30pm.
