Love the hat! I wear it all the time. It’s soft and warm, without being too warm. It also looks cute with anything I wear.

The hat is too small and I have to pay to return.

The website is well organized and full of options. It made it easy for me to find exactly what I wanted and even allowed me to explore styles I hadn’t considered. I also found the prices to be very reasonable.

Thanks for creating scarfs and hats for cancer patients. I have been a customer for a long time with alopecia and now this. The best part is the recent hat with the bamboo and are cotton. I need that now and am so grateful I could count on you. I have to carry a purse now and I can put either one of these in there and change out as I get a hot flash. Thank you.

Tariff fees applied of $17.25 on top of expedited FedEx fees which was never noted on the website. I will have paid more on shipping then the products! I was going to order more items however not now!

The wig cap is the best I’ve ever had in my heat. It is a little more money than the nylon one but it’s worth is it literally fits like a glove!

My personal experience is that it took 4 days from receipt of order to the date of shipping. That seemed excessive. Wasn't that thrilled with the price or the shipping cost either.

Their website states that they thoroughly vet their products, and that they are of high quality. The item I purchased was cheap looking, cheesy, and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Also, the return policy is extremely convoluted with various conditions. Important information regarding eligibility, shipping, restocking fees, store credit, etc is not provided upfront. I actually ended up keeping the horrible item I purchased because I would lose too much money by returning it. Shop around!

I'm trying to return one of the hats I ordered, HA12047A-4410, but have not had a reply as to how to do this.

I ordered a head scarf after noticing more hair loss lately with my chemo/radiation treatments. I was anxious to find ways to present myself more confidently. So I really looked forward to my first scarf. Problem was that I never received any order number or link to track my shipment. I am still waiting for the order and I have no way to track it.
