Heartland Bank Limited Avis 

I was introduced to Heartland via a broker and happy that the loan was approved. I have found the experience abit disjointed.
Initially the incorrect loan amount was sent through and felt like I was flying blind at one stage but we got their in the end. I have found the on-boarding process quite disjointed and incomplete. I have not as yet spoken to anyone but their email correspondence is quite responsive. I have rated you as a three as I see there are some areas that should be expected and by implementing them you could make some quick improvements.

We are a small business who wanted to expand our revenue by introducing a new service which required specialized equipment form the UK. We had been with our current bank for 16 years but after waiting for 1 month to get a reply from them we decided to try Heartland. The loan was approved within 3 days and and a week later we ordered our equipment. We were very impressed with the service and up to date technology which meant the process was seamless and stress free. We would 100% use Heartland again.

The team at Heartland Bank really went out of there way to accommodate my financial needs. They were happy to talk to me about my needs and my future requirements and not just work on financial reports.
They were very quick helping me getting the banking app going as well when i was a bit stuck.

This bank doesn't look after their customers when I called I waited 1 hour 40mins before getting cut off I immediately called back to a get a person who's says she will send a message to the team so they can call me back I called them back hours later as I hadn't been called to be told yes we will sort your $735 refund today as you have already waited since 30th July when it was only ment to take 4 days STILL no email sent no funds in my bank again what now I have to ring again Father please give me the strength

Heartland has been reactive to our situation during Covd-19. heartland has also been proactive in responses and creating arrangements to survive this difficult period of the Covid -19 economy.

The staff were very helpful in assisting me to complete an application for an overdraft facility.

They are great to deal with and so easy with it all being online!

Heartland overall is good. But, they need to improve their processes when communicating with their customers.

When they contacted me during the lockdown, to discuss potential options on how to help, they went ahead without asking for my permission. I clearly stated I needed to know more information first. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks and found out that my business was already enrolled in the scheme.

I've also called in a few times and unfortunately, some have a different answer or don't answer emails at all.

Just need consistency for better customer service.

We decided to buy a vehicle for the business and wanted it financed. Heartland was third In our contacts and first to came back to us. Effortless!

Required a loan urgently when our charter boat motor needed to be replaced. Application was straight forward and service was excellent. Monies approved and in our account within a few days. Also had a period of no income due to boat being out of action. We were able to hold off payments for 3 months and pay interest only which helped us through those months of no income
