I just wish someone had told me about this plan sooner.
They should have better advertising, you can't always trust what you get in the mail there is always someone trying to get their hands on your money

They are great with handling your legal issues and keep you very informed on what's going on and even check on you during the process

We were given detailed info on the plan...and it has happened just as explained. Great company.

Everything is going smoothly with all credit card debt.

I was injured and unable to do anything for myself and the medical bills and the virus scare and the absence of people to help me were overwhelming. Heartland gave me much needed peace and help.

When I signed up with them a year ago I was very leery that I could get out of my situation. During this past year they have always answered my questions. You have to be patient. It took a year but they've recently settled with over half of my debts for far less than I thought possible. I am anticipating the remaining debts to follow with good results. Someday I'll be free of it all and will have some peace.

Horrible Service's. Went to them for debt settlement help and they only made things worse. After leaving the program due to no settlements after 6 months I requested a refund. At that time I was informed they were charging me 236.00 a month and calling it a service fee. This amounted to around 1900.00 they are refusing to refund me. This company is a complete scam.BEWARE HEARTLAND LEGAL!

Heartland has been the best choice i could have made. They are easy to work with and the piece of mind is priceless.

I regret signing up for Heartland Legal Group. I call for updates on my account and no one ever knows anything. A rep always says I’ll get a call back within 2-3 business days but no one ever calls me back. I have no idea what is going on with the negotiations on my accounts. I pray that I have not been paying money just to be scammed.

David Santana was very cordial and helpful. He explained all the details of the current settlement program I have with the group.
