Ordered the replacement part yesterday at 15.30 and it was delivered at 13.20 today. I live in South Wales. Very pleased with such an excellent service. Not yet fitted so not able to comment on the item.

Ordered a refurbished pump on Sunday…
Ordered a refurbished pump on Sunday 22nd December, so did not hold out much hope of it arriving before christmas. Pump was delivered to me on the 24th and was in tip top condition. Fitted and working before lunch time so saved a freezing Christmas.

Perfect experience
I ordered via the website on Friday afternoon. Despite saying that orders after 1pm would be processed the next working day, my order was processed within an hour or so of being placed. The part provided was carefully packaged and exactly as described. Faultless!
My part was a refurbished Potterton Promax 24 HE Plus A System PCB and it arrived in great condition and is working fine.

2nd refurbished boiler part from…
This is 2nd refurbished boiler part I purchased from Heating and Catering, this year. Both parts fitted my old boiler perfectly and arrived in A+ condition. Living in my arrea, I expect delays and massive prices but they sent out from Newcastle to Isle of wight via DX Delivery in just hours. Great company. Unbeatable. Thanks

Absolutely awesome. Very fast delivery at a great price. Part was refurb as described and in perfect condition. Fitted and working great.
From a broken boiler with no hot water to all good in no time. Would have been £200-300 hundred elsewhere. Saved me a small fortune! Will definitely use again
