Herschel Infrared Ltd Avis 

The pcb went on one of our ceiling mounted panel. Within hours there was a new pcb being sent from Herschel direct to us. No hassle. Pcb came today at 2pm just two days after reporting the issue. By 3pm it was fixed and working again. Brilliant service, brilliant customer service. Brilliant product and would only ever buy Herschel IR panels.

Their support is 2nd to none. Reporting an issue on Tuesday morning, within an hour I received email confirmation and suggested time slot for engineer calling. Scheduled for the next day and receiving a gentle reminder an hour before the call, the engineer called spot on time. Took 10 min to go over settings and confirm the diagnosis and 10 more min to receive email from support regarding next steps.

Excellent service as time was of the essence just before Christmas, From survey to delivery I would recommend Herschel.

Delivery went well, much more important the heater is ideal for our purpose. Heats the space effectively.

Herschel make great products and explain their processes and uses well.
This is my third purchase from them purely because the previous buys proved so good.

I love the Herschel Comfort infra red panel that I had put on my bathroom ceiling in Feburary. It warms the room up nicely and can produce a reasonably quick boost of heat when needed.
I have a T2/R2 controller for it which does everything I need. I did have a bit of difficulty at the start convincing the person at Herschel that I was liaising with that there was an issue with the R2 that I was sent initially (otherwise would have given 5*), but once the replacement had been wired in I haven't had any issues :-).

The Miami heaters of which I already had 2 are excellent. The latest one offered with a splendid telescopic stand at a very good price is much enhanced thereby. The packaging was completely sound though the additional small components were not described as well as they might have been.

This is the second heater I have bought. I do love them as they have a built in receiver and a user friendly thermostat. The company are amazing to deal with, I ordered this on one day, it arrived the next. Howz that for service!
However, I am dropping a star this time as my previous feedback fell on deaf ears.
It needs a full size cardboard template for hanging. Instructions state ‘easy bracket’. It’s NOT, my husband and I did it ourselves last time (he has rebuilt a stone cottage, so knows a thing or two about drills n bolts. We got in a right ‘ol pickle with the offset bracket arrangement which makes centring the panel so difficult.
I brought in my carpenter this time to hang it, as he is better at measuring and aligning than I am. Even he got it wrong and had to re-drill the holes.
I have had a WellTherm panel in the past, the cardboard template and hanging brackets and bolts were so much easier.

Great radiator and looks nice, fast delivery but for the price the thermostat that connects to the app should really be built in and not sold separately. Otherwise a great radiator heats up quick and useless less electricity.

Purchasing was simple and the technical support I sought beforehand was clear and helpful. Delivery was prompt and without issue.
Infrared heaters are now installed (by qualified electrician). They look good and so far are doing everything that I expected.
Cannot fault anything at this stage so 5* review warranted. I should note, however, that I cannot attest to the long term resilience of the product; time will tell.

Item was delivered on time the next day.

This is the second Infrared heater I've had, the other from a different company. Both the small under desk heaters. What I like about this one is having a temperature control, ability to schedule or set a timer alone with the ability to control from the app. Handle on the back, so easy to pick up and move and slightly higher wattage which gives out a bit more warmth.

As with all of these types of heaters, heating the objects around rather than the air makes it great for keeping you warm without having stuffy air, and of course at the fraction of the cost of a fan heater etc. For anyone new to infrared heating, think more being warmed by the sun rather than sitting in a hot air room.

Very good product, is perfect for my needs.

Just as effective in small shaded spaces with no line of site between heater and some of the room as they have been in large open spaces.

The thermostat arrived promptly. My only disappointment is that it was a replacement for my existing thermostat which had a software problem but was out of warranty. 2 years is a very short warranty period.
