It was easy to reserve a car
It was easy to reserve a car, an easy pickup at PHX airport and easy return. All Hertz employees at the PHX airport were friendly and helpful and efficient. I always feel confident that I will receive a clean car in good running condition, without a hassle on pickup or return.

Great from pick up to drop off
The experience with this rental car was fantastic from the gal at the counter. That was funny and fun and pleasant to be with until I dropped it off in the garage and left the keys inside. Everything was smooth everything worked out well thank you very much Hertz for a great rental experience.

Car was dirty outside on arrival.
Lost item was not found, so claiming they find 80% of items up to day 3 is a misnomer

Great Experience
The car was clean, the tents l was easy and reasonably priced. Many car rental agencies have let the mileage on their cars creep up but I haven’t had that issue with Hertz. This is the best I have felt about Hertz in a long time with our recent rentals.

Hertz rep was courteous and friendly. We missed a flight and were very late with vehicle pick up and rental was still available. We also asked for a white or
