George was such a great and inspiring instructor to have! He made learning to drive a bus so much fun and taught me so much! He’s a kind, intelligent, caring person and will always do his best to get you to where you need to be! He is an asset to his company without a doubt!

Amazing HGVC training instructor with George. George is a very calm and professional driving instructor with very good advice and knowledge of both the Highway Code and how to pass your test. George has very high standards of driving which ultimately leads to you passing your test day and gives you the skills to continue to driving safely and professionally throughout your career. I must warn that he runs a very strict training regime and sometimes brings the sand, so listen up and pay attention and you will pass easily with George ;) thanks for all your support and guidance George!!

George was my trainer. I was really happy I got the opportunity to be trained by him, he was very patient, kind, compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. He was able the right my wrongs by speaking calmly and helping me understand how to go about things better and would even show us rather than tell us, it was wonderful as training and I got a good friend like George.

What an amazing experience it was being taught how to drive a PCV bus by HGVC’s instructor Karl Barham. Absolute pleasure. Seriously good at his job. He has a great eye for identifying where drivers are at and at which pace they need to be pushed in order to succeed. Very happy he was my instructor, couldn’t have asked for a better one. Very professional and respectful of all ages, races and genders. Honestly, you’d be lucky to have him as an instructor. Very well done Karl! Thanks again! Would definitely recommend.

What to say a massive thank you to Andy for getting me through my test. I was a bag of nerves on day one due to a very bad experience with a previous instructor was ready to quit. And then Andy come along and put me straight at ease. His calm and caring and has a great passion for getting his pupils through there test. His way of teaching is out of this world explains everything in an easy way. By the end of my teaching his not just my instructor his a friend/family. Thanks again Andy you are the best.

I started with the company on the 22nd of April 2024, I met my soon to be instructor Eddie about a week into my tests, and from day one, he was very friendly and helpful.
I passed all my tests within two weeks and was assigned to my instructor Eddie.
From the moment I got on Eddie's training bus, he was professional and dedicated, my confidence level was at zero and I felt like giving up, however Eddie helped build me up and gave me to confidence I needed to succeed. I cant deny, im not the easiest student, I kept going round the roundabout 3 times and was missing my exits. Eddie got me a coffee and told me to have a few moments, gave me a debrief and explained the dangers of not understanding roundabouts. From that moment, I never missed an exit and always listened to what was being said to be, Eddie also explained if you didn't hear something or misunderstood, just ask him to repeat. Which I did on many occasions.
I have had an amazing time with the team of trainees and my wonderful instructor and I will miss training with him.
I would like to thank my instructor Eddie, you have helped me achieve everything I set my heart to do. Today I passed my test, with my amazing instructor present I was given my pass certificate, and the joy on Eddie's face made it even more special.
Today is the 30th May 2024, and in just 5 weeks and 1 day, I completed everything.
I am the first female in my family to obtain a PCV and CAT D licence.

Having Jordan as an instructor was more than I could hoped for.Always prepared and very knowledgeable when I asked questions.He recognised how to support me best and patiently got me to pass the driving test.Jordan is a real asset to HGVC.

The driving instructor “Jordan” was very helpful throughout my training, I think everyone on my team liked the way he thought us how to handle situations in traffic, personally I enjoyed mostly the bus stops that we had to do, he was always respectful and helpful as if you got it wrong the first time he would try his best to make you understand what to do.

Just finished my test. Passed first try, Karl barham was amazing comforted me when I was nervous, supported me and didn’t give up on me. Amazing couldn’t recommend more

Wonderful driving instructor I had mert ozkan which taught me how to manoeuvre a large bus from scratch aswell as to plan ahead when driving such a big vehicle and all the tips and tricks to make driving a safe and sound. I would definitely recommend using this company I would also recommend asking for meet in particular.
