From a family run business, we have grown to become a national supplier and distributor of truck parts and provide reliable solutions to the commercial vehicle industry. We have experience assisting customers with different needs and requirements, so whether you own a small 7.5 tonne vehicle or a HGV, we can get you back on the road with our huge selection of parts. Our ethos is Genuine parts by genuine people. We specialise in truck parts but we also offer them for trailer, agricultural and some light goods vehicles. Along side this our range also includes consumables, fleet management packages, diagnostics,garage equipment, tooling and much much more. There are many ways of ordering to make it easy, fast and efficient for everyone. One way would be via our website "www.hgvdirect.co.uk", this is a next working day service, if goods are in stock, which can be distributed via our couriers worldwide and you can benefit from free delivery on all orders over £50. You can collect parts directly from one of our 19 branches across the UK or you can phone directly or even email in your requests. Did exactly what they said they would, perfect!
Spoke to customer service who confirmed stock levels, ordered the product online and it came exactly when they said it would.
Sounds simple, but I appreciate when company's can do the basics well. Would use them again

The expected delivery was delayed for whatever reason by the supplier. However, an email to the sales team, resolved the problem. The order arrived 7 days after being placed.
