Hgv Driver Training Centre Avis 

This is a follow up review.
Passed my class 1 a couple of months ago.
Team was good during the process but I was let down at the end after I passed.
I was promised a job after passing but they didn't help with that.
"I'll have a job for you by the end of next week" "I'm talking with a couple of companies and I'll be in touch tomorrow"
The never called back. I didn't get any help finding a job.
If I would do my class 1 again I would just go to a reputable school and I wouldn't be using this broker.

They were truly wonderful and helpful. They helped me arrange my C+E training. If I had any issues I could call them and they’d assist me. Great pricing and wonderful staff. Especially Darren who was my Training Advisor, who helped me every step of the way, worked around my difficult schedules and made it nice and smooth for me.

I had an excellent experience with this HGV training company from start to finish. The customer service I received was outstanding throughout the entire process. The team regularly checked in with me, kept me fully up to date with everything that was happening, and always took the time to wish me good luck before my tests. Their support and communication made the whole journey much less stressful.

I would also like to give a special thank you to Carolyn Blake. Carolyn went above and beyond for me, always being incredibly supportive, helpful, and encouraging. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she genuinely cared about helping me succeed. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to my experience.

I couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to start their HGV training journey.

I called in the first time and spoke to James who was super helpful with the process, any questions or concerns I had James and Caroline both explained it and made me understand. They have both made a dream come true and I’m so thankful to have them coach me through the whole journey. Thank you for everything once again and I highly recommend. Efficient and stress free way yo get trained. The staff are willing to help every step of the way and not just going through the motions.
They are flexible for availability and can work with you when booking dates for training.

Initial contact from the Training Centre was professional and timeous. Any questions and queries I had were answered. The communication for various bookings was done simply with the minimum of fuss. The Driving School they registered me with, were professional and easy to work with.
