I attended the Clinic for the first time for Ear wax removal on 23 May 2026
I received treatment as soon as I arrived. The procedure was "friendly and efficient". I was given a further appointment to remove more stubborn wax. I was offered a free hearing test which I subsequently declined because my hearing had improved.

Been a client of Hidden Hearing for 3 years now and I have found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in solving any problems. Andy Collis has been my dispenser and someone who has supported and encouraged me to persevere when I have encountered difficulties. Thank you Andy. Highly recommend.

My German hearing aid came apart. Even through this system is not popular in UK Andy Collins came up with a solution. I am very thankful.

I had an appointment on Thursday 9th April with Siobhan at Hidden Hearing in Bath. I needed my ears syringed. I haven’t had good experiences with ear syringes in the past so I was a bit nervous to have another one. At Hidden Hearing I was amazed at the service and care I received. I will be going there again with no hesitation. I cannot recommend Hidden Hearing enough.

Dropped in the hope as my ears were blocked up, as a chance that a lady called Siobhan would be available to see me.
I was pleasantly surprised and impressed how painlessthe experience was.
My hearing immediately returned to normal.i hadn’t realised how important it is to have these treatments yearly.And, that you can just drop in to see Siobhan .
It really does make a massive difference.

Attentive and helpful

My appointment was on time. The whole process was easy and all was explained.

Andy is highly experienced and knowledgeable so relieved I met him to test my hearing. He is very thorough in his test routines and communicates the results in an understandable manner. I can't thank him enough for his patience and care in answering all my questions.

I always look forward to my visits to Hidden Hearing Bath. The waiting room is calm and pleasant, with welcoming staff. Andy Collis ( the audiologist) is a true gentleman. Through the combination of available technology and Andy’s expertise and attention to detail, I can now hear things I thought were lost. I can now listen to the radio and music. The birds are singing again! I have regained confidence in talking to people and in noisy situations.
Nothing is too much trouble for Andy
and his team until you are confident and happy with your new hearing aids. An annual hearing test is also offered.
