Professional Care, Thoughtfully Delivered
After a slightly confusing booking process, the experience at the local practice was excellent. The service was professional yet warm, with everything clearly explained at each stage. I was also offered a complimentary hearing test during the appointment. The team were helpful, kind and highly efficient throughout.

Matt was very professional, asked a few questions before the earwax procedure. Explained the process he would undertake and the final result was amazing. Painless free procedure with great results. Little ear test afterwards , I’m so happy with the results. Top guy, thanks Matt.
