A friendly assessment of my hearing.
Darren was very approachable and interesting. As a retired Teacher of Deaf Children I enjoyed hearing about some new innovations since I retired. It was good that I was able to be tested in Abergavenny. I am mildly disappointed I haven't yet received a copy of the audiogram or the letter for my GP but I know the post is pretty bad around here and expect that is why.

It was great, she was lovely making sure I was ok and talking me through what's happening. She was fabulous. Highly recommend her, wasn't nervous about it or anxious or anything. Great service, lovely, friendly very professional, perfect can't say anything bad
