Lily was excellent

I visited Hidden Hearing for my free hearing teat. Easy to find very welcoming receptionist offered refreshments. Went to have my hearing test met Lilly who is very friendly and puts you at ease. Explained everything what she was going to do in the test was professional and explained that I do need hearing aids there was no pressure to buy anything . Fantastic I would recommend Lilly and "Hidden Hearing" to all my family and friends thankyou .

You advertise a product at a low price.
And charge more than Boots or Specsavers.
False advertising. Lying even

I attended the Hidden Hearing for a hearing test, the first in many, many years, due to some emerging concerns with my hearing. Thankfully, my hearing test result was within normal parameters. Although no problems were picked up, I regard the assessement as a worthwhile health check up, and am grateful to the friendly and professional staff who took me through the assesssment process and explained everything clearly throughout.

I must admit I have been putting off going to see an audiologist for a long time as I was in denial of my hearing loss.

I went to Hidden Hearing as they were friendly and helpful on the phone.

I met Lilly at Sheffield and she was very accommodating with my difficult timings. When I got there she was very understanding of my psychological unhappiness of wearing hearing aids and thoroughly professional when conducting the audiology examination and proposing all the options available to me.

I had a fantastic experience at Hidden Hearing and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with hearing issues Jan was incredibly helpful and professional, especially when it came to removing some tough ear wax. They were so kind and understanding, even offering to rebook my appointment for free when the wax was a bit stubborn. They also provided me with ear wax oil to use at home, which really helped with the process.
Now, I can hear better than ever, and I truly appreciate the excellent service I received. If you're looking for a solution to hearing issues, this is definitely the place to go!
