If it wasn’t for the local manager at the depot I would still be waiting for my tyres. Your online ordering system needs looking at as the depot had no sight of the order when I phoned up to arrange my time. The depot manager chanced down my order and eventually I got my tyres a day later than I had requested. Thank you depot manager.

I first visited the garage due to some unexpected car trouble and, having never used HiQ before, went there largely out of necessity. Rebecca was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit my car in around a very tight schedule. As I am also a carer for an elderly relative, having the car available when I need it is particularly important, and Rebecca could not have been more understanding or helpful. She also gave me clear and practical advice about what needed to be done to ensure the car passed its MOT.
About a month later, I had to return with a battery issue. Once again, Rebecca was outstanding – friendly, supportive and extremely helpful with her advice.
Good customer service deserves to be recognised, which is why I wanted to take the time to write. On both occasions, Rebecca made what could have been a stressful situation considerably easier, and I was very impressed with the way she and her team looked after me.
Although I had never used HiQ previously, the service I received means I will certainly be returning. I will also be recommending the Stratford-upon-Avon branch to friends and family as a garage they can rely on.
I would be grateful if my thanks could be passed on to Rebecca and her team, and particularly if Rebecca's excellent customer service could be recognised by those responsible for the branch.

Ive been going to this branch of HiQ for four years now for MOT/service and anything else that needs doing, I have great service with them every time. I previously had trust issues with garages due to being blatantly ripped off in the past, upsold etc

Not so here, just reliable friendly service thank you to Stuart and the team. I have no personal connection to anyone at the garages and haven't been prompted to write a review- which made me want to write one !

Recommended to all in the Tameside area.

Before posting this review on Trustpilot, I had already submitted a formal complaint directly to customerservice_@_hiqtyresandautocare.co.uk on 24 Aug at 15:12, but I have received no response so far.

I provided my real details and the relevant invoice and supporting information in my email. I would appreciate HiQ addressing my complaint directly and reviewing the evidence provided, rather than using Trustpilot as the customer service channel.

Very disappointing experience at HiQ Thatcham

Paid for a 4-wheel alignment and 2 front tyres through Blackcircles.
The whole job took only around 15 minutes, which made me question whether a full 4-wheel alignment had actually been carried out.
Nothing was provided to prove that the 4-wheel alignment had been done — no alignment report, printout, or digital copy.
I was initially given no invoice. After asking for one, I was given an invoice belonging to another customer and vehicle, which I only discovered after getting home.
When I questioned why the alignment was not shown, it was simply handwritten onto the invoice, and I was told the printed invoice could not be changed.
Staff were rude, with Josh shouting at me to take my car keys and invoice and leave.

Very disappointed with the service and the way my concerns were handled.

I took my wife's car into this garage this morning as she was very concerned about 1 of the front tyres which appeared to be flat .It was still driveable.The tyre was removed and carefully examined and was found to be not faulty.The staff were very helpful and I was not charged.I have used this garage before for tyre replacement and I have always had excellent advice and service

We punctured a tyre while driving along a windy narrow road off Windermere. Mick responded to our request for roadside assistance and was with us in a mere 90 minutes, coming all the way from Lancaster. He replaced the tyre quickly and efficiently and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Very competent service, would highly recommend!

Use HiQ every year for MOT. Staff are always helpful. The work is done quickly and reasonably priced. They always do their best to keep the costs down and the work is excellent. Highly recommend.

young lad, Joe, was on his own in the workshop having several other members of staff away/not show. He did an admirable job of holding the fort and sorted me out with two new tyres in good time. Good to see a lad willing to graft and take on the responsibilty. He should be recognised and rewarded by his boss.

Came in for some rear tyres for my BMW. I booked online. Service from Joe was exemplary from start to finish; from my follow up phone call to check the delivery and timeslot, to driving away. Despite being on his own, with one 'agency guy' for help, he got everything done perfectly and in a tight time frame, whilst under pressure. From a customer viewpoint, Joe is a credit to the company.

Excellent service, tyre booked in 4 inch nail removed and tyre repaired all within 15 minutes. Roman and Gary excellent!! Will return. Thanks. Jacob

The staff here are the best, I’ve been coming here from when they opened about 10 years ago. I always recommend here to anyone that needs tyres. Also Julie the manager always goes the extra mile to see me right and to keep my car in the road.
