I pre-ordered and never will again
I pre-ordered and didn't get it until a week after the release date even though they had over 50 at the shop I was meant to pick it up from. 100% don't recommend pre-ordering.

Smiley knowledgeable assistant
The assistant that I asked for help finding my dvd knew exactly where to find it and was very smiley, which is always what you want in any shop, tbh.
