Wez - friendly and helpful
I checked for an item which my sister wanted but no stores had them in stock apart from the bexleyheath one. I was unable to find it but Wez was able to assist and located it within seconds. Wez was helpful and even managed to find both normal and limited edition of the item I was looking for! Wez was super helpful and so kind, it’s so lovely to have such friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you Wez!

Was great experience pleasant and helpfull staff the shop very clean and plenty of all different iteams and very well presented and overall Wes and Sid member of staff very helpfull always but my dvds/bluerays and I feel physical media is so much better than streaming as the selection of movies are vast

Perfect!
From placing my CD order on line to collecting from my local store , everything went without a hitch . I was kept informed by e.mail of the stages my order was going through & when I went to the store to collect my delivery I was in there for 2 minutes . Perfect ! Could not be bettered .

Happy with my purchase and the price was the lowest I could find but the delivery took a long time

Fast and easy
It was really easy to find what I was looking for in the website and place the order. The day after I received an email telling me that the item was ready to be collected. Again, it was fast and easy. Great service from HMV. Highly recommended.
