Store Delivery for collection
I had an expensive item I ordered delivered to the store for collection. I found the service to be very good with the item safely stored and clearly labelled

I ordered a vinyl record from HMV
I ordered a vinyl record from HMV and it was delivered to the store to pick up but I was on holiday so I instructed my father to pick it up for me which was no problem, I appreciate this as HMV only hold the item for 14 days before sending it back.

Fantastic Service !
Polite, helpful staff. The CD that l purchased was made approximately sixty years ago as a LP. The CD was made in 2003.HMV obtained this for me within a few days.ln due course l was notified on line that it was ready for collection. First class service !

Bromley store
I entered the store for a specific present for my wife ,I did not find it in on the shelfs,and I asked one of the team member regards the item .the gentleman around late 40s and very polite and helpful ,sadly I did not catch his name .I was recommend and order in store for the delivery in the 3 to 5 working days .The gentleman in your bromley branch is an absolute legend ,and a very valuable team member .
Please thank him on my behalf, as we all know ,"happy wife ,happy life ".

Great service from HMV
Bought a few records recently from HMV online and one turned out to be defective. Went to local HMV store and got a replacement within minutes. Great service and will definitely use HMV again.
