The staff in bury store was very helpful patience polite means a lot ,and also went out of there way to assist ,in ordering item .thats wasn't shelfs so out but managed to get my son t-shirt thank you... Voir plus

I had a Lenco LS 300 home delivered for…
I had a Lenco LS 300 home delivered for Christmas. When I tried to set it up the on/off switch was faulty so it wouldn’t stay turned on. When I contacted HMV about the fault I was told I had to return it to my nearest store as there was no facility for it to be collected and replaced at home. This item is extremely bulky and it’s very poor on your behalf that I have to somehow carry this item to the store. I am fit and healthy but what if I wasn’t able to physically do this? I have bought bulky items from other retailers before and they have offered the collection service. I hope you will organise this facility if future.
