The staff in bury store was very helpful patience polite means a lot ,and also went out of there way to assist ,in ordering item .thats wasn't shelfs so out but managed to get my son t-shirt thank you... Voir plus

Pre order arrived for day of release so can't fault hmv online. Plus I love my local hmv so it's an excuse to go collect

No more vinyltonic for me
I bought 2 products from hmv vinyl tonics cork slip matt and vinyl cleaning kit.
First of all the cork matt was terrible, records have whats called igd inner groove distortion you can use matts stylus etc to make it better but it never goes away. This matt made it worse. It was like the artist was singing under water. Also online its £6.99 in store its £10.99 this makes no sense to me.
As for the cleaner the brush and cloths are OK but the fluid ruined one of my records and my needle, it left a waxy residue on the record made it sound all muffled, when I checked my needle it was full of a white putty substance.
I feel bad leaving this review because I like hmv but vinyl tonic are terrible products. 2 buys 2 very bad experiences
