The staff in bury store was very helpful patience polite means a lot ,and also went out of there way to assist ,in ordering item .thats wasn't shelfs so out but managed to get my son t-shirt thank you... Voir plus

Delivered promptly
Delivered promptly. My only complaint would be royal mail delivery decided to create a "safe place" to post the delivery that safe place being a bin that was wet so the outer packaging was soaked, luckily the records are in individual plastic covers and luckily it wasn't collection day. So if you have a choice of delivery service perhaps avoid royal mail their delivery drivers seem to ignore the delivery instructions.

Great New Store in Bury Fantastic staff (Steve gets 5 starsplus He found what I wanted online and ordered it for home delivery It arrived a few days later. Well worth the wait. Please visit this brill New hmv it's superb

Click and collect
We haven’t opened it yet as it’s a birthday gift but the click and collect process was fast and the staff in the bury store are always brilliant. Will be returning soon

Excellent service at Bury HMV
The staff in the bury store are always helpful. I am a wheelchair user and if I can't find anything the staff will go that extra mile to help.
I was looking for one particular song which is out of press. Dave in Bury found it on a compilation cd and ordered it for me.

Album not available on release date
My daughter was excited about collecting the new Taylor Swift album on the release date. It wasn’t until 2 days later that we could collect it as it had not arrived at HMV on time, so sorry, we were pretty disappointed this time. It had been dropped in all the other stores and we could have purchased it without pre-ordering the “limited edition” vinyl. Seemingly the limited edition album was available everywhere else!

Excellent. Great value and fast delivery
Ordered some Beats Headphones..they were £100 cheaper than anywhere else. The delivery time said 2 to 5 days after dispatch but they arrived for store pick up the following day. Excellent service.
