I had a faulty Album delivered
I had a faulty Album delivered - not HMV’s fault - but they helped solve it very quickly both online and in store.
When things go wrong, it’s how people try to resolve the issue that makes all the difference.

Christmas gift
Happy with my purchase it’s for my grandson for Christmas, so not opened yet. I was a little worried about receiving in time for Christmas but it was not a problem

The guys in the shop were so helpful as…
The guys in the shop were so helpful as we were surprised and confused our order had been split, and only one part was ready to collect initially. The shop assistants couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring that the outstanding records would arrive, and they did.
