What's up with your preorders?
I preordered I think 4 arcane funkos at the start of the march, months later and no updates. Yet somehow on your website they keep going in and out of stock yet they are still listed as pre-order and none have arrived? This is a ridiculous amount of time and money I have wasted on this when I could have got them elsewhere by now. This isn't even the first time this has happened but even then they didn't take this long...

Always the best
Awesome service throughout. From online purchasing (although website did crash a couple of times, but overall I was able to buy a limited edition vinyl so very happy) to notifications to collecting in store. HMV is my staple and always will be for music purchases.

Great Staff
Great to go to retailer where the staff have an interest in what they are are doing. They went out their way to obtain my item and also had a conversation about product as is normal in this branch.

JAM Turntable malfunction
The JAM turntable and speakers lasted 1 day before the turntable stopped revolving and wouldn't go again. The return procedure was very good and the customer services opperative was very helpful. I had to take the device to the nearest HMV store (Cheltenham so petrol and parking). The store worker was very good and my replacement was there waiting for me. I was given a 15% voucher off any vinyl price.
