The staff are a real asset to HMV they are knowledgeable, polite and deal with your requests in an efficient manner. This is the third time I have been in to purchase DVD’s and whether in stock or ordered the service is always 100%.

Wanted the Beatles new Red and Blue albums. Weren’t available in store so very helpful staff sourced copies from warehouse. Delivered promptly and emails kept me informed of delivery
