The Pros and Cons
Although I could not purchase my game in-store and the cashier got my email wrong (I should have spelt it out for him), it is still one of the best stores I know. I always visit when there is a new product.

Great product range
Great customer service and loads of products to choose from! I always like to visit a hmv when I’m out and most of the time I end up purchasing something as there’s so much options and always great staff. I definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t been before!

My item was not in stock in the store e store…
My item was not in stock in the store and they were able to order it for me straight away. My item was dispatched on the same day and I received it 2 day's later. Very fast and efficient service. Very happy 😊
