Ordered the item on the 04/12/24 wasn’t…
Ordered the item on the 04/12/24 wasn’t dispatched until the 16/12/24. Eventually received the item just in time for Christmas but would not order from here again particularly as I could have ordered this item for free next day delivery elsewhere.

Amazing service as always!
I frequently shop here, whether that be to purchase or simply just browse. Each and every time I shop here I’m met with friendly and helpful staff.
I’ve never had an issue within the store or with any products that I’ve purchased but I know for a fact that I will get quick and professional help to resolve the issue.

Very helpful staff
I went into the shop in the derbion centre and I hadn’t got a clue so asked a young man for a game for a Nintendo switch. He was really helpful telling me they don’t stock many of them but he could order one for me which he did and to be delivered to my home address. He said it would be up to five working days. Which was spot on. I had messages regarding delivery etc. All very efficient thank you 😊
